I love the glass window to watch them prepare the food. I was ask to leave and wait outside.
I was the only person in the restaurant.

You have to be very specific with instructions on how you want your food, I like my chicken fried for 30 min. & my fries dropped when I get there. If you don't specify you will receive cold fries, and chicken. And always check your food before you leave because they have messed up some orders. If you can do that then this wingstop is pretty good.

4 people pull up and get there wings.
I call again and get told the system is down still
Seems like it’s for me only though.
I even asked if they’ll take cash.
“Sorry. The system is down”

I'm giving one star for the excellent manager that went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would rate her 5 stars, but my overall ratings are based on service, presentation, accuracy, speed, and value for the money. My order was supposed to be ready in 20-24 minutes. If that actual wait is over 30 minutes to an hour, they should tell people. My wait was nearly an hour. Several other customers also left complaining about waiting over an half hour for their food. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. The cashiers or apps should be honest about the wait so that people can make an informed decision on where to patronize that day. Some people don't have the time in their schedule to wait that long. Others don't have the health to stand on their feet in the cold for almost an hour for 10 wings. It's definitely not worth it for those of us with very small orders. It was very busy. Some orders weren't even being dropped for 30 minutes. I'm thankful for the manager for taking control of the situation once I brought it to her attention. Unfortunately I will not be returning nor will I recommend this location to others.

Horrible they put my order under the wrong name told me that it would be 19 min for my food to be ready and i was waiting for thirty minutes and they left my food sitting there. I will not be coming back to this place anymore.

Jannice Jocelyn and whoever else was on shift huddled up at the register 2/13 was just rude. First acting like they didn’t see me standing at the glass, then had me standing there waiting for my order and whole time it was sitting on the rack yet they called 2 people before me. Side note aside from them I’m confused why ranch is $1.09 as if they dont serve chicken wings

DOOOOO NOTTTTT COME HERE I had to go back 2 times because first they forgot one of my drink then I had to go back because they forgot half my order and fries

Great place. Wings always great little stingy on the sauce service is bland. Never rude just bland

Counter is protected with security plexi glass so that's a sign it's a neighborhood you need to watch your back at. I had a 6 piece lemon pepper. They called everyone's name that came after me! They forgot my order. So I waited longer. One thing I didn't like was watching 2 employees use their cell phones while in the kitchen handling food. There's a window where you can actually see them cooking. Just the fact that they are touching your cooked food after is unsafe. It was a Latina lady and young Latino guy.

Ordered online because the BF wanted some lemon pepper wings and ranch dressing. Went inside, paid and picked up and it was so convenient and my boy was impressed. I was the hero this evening and rewarded with a little late night lovin'. You guys rock!

Worst Wingstop I've ever tasted. The fries had no flavor, like there was zero seasoning on them. And the wings wasn't cook properly on the inside.

Paid an extra $1.50 for all flats and got 5 big a**drumsticks! Asked for extra seasoning and there was barely any seasoning on my wings and some of them were cold. Very disappointed!

Cashier was very friendly and food is good. The only thing is that it was cold in there and the fries and wings got cold fast.

Nice place to eat at the chicken is delicious especially the fries, I like it when that cat ed makes them they're hot and ready Dinn in or to go.

Not a good place to eat. They give the food cold and also this place is dirty. Workes are rude and they don't take care of the orders.

Had the best service n best time ever with my family first time ever eating at this place definitely going again soon that's for sure

Never had a problem with wingstop food was bomb the best wing ever it's like an opposite version of buffalo wild wings keep up the good work
