HORRIBLE! DO NONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
they completely messed up our order! And the only part that was right was the Lemon pepper wings and they were soaking in oil they tasted nasty!
Even the drinks were bad they were completely flat!
I called and spoke the manager and she would not give a refund if all the food was not returned I informed her that some (not all) of the wings were thrown since they were dripping in oil and stated she wouldn’t give a refund….
And would not even replace or remake the entire order.

So long story short BAD FOOD, BAD DRINKS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The food here is really great and the customer service is exceptional I was very satisfied! I would will recommend to all my friends.

Horrible experience, they forgot my large fries and gave me wrong flavors. Forgot my 3 sauces, horrible experience. Called they told me to return with my order so I could get an exchange after they made the mistake. Bad customer service and rude attitude, will not be coming back to this one. I will keep my business sin the one on Hawthorne.

They NEVER answer the phone! U will def have to wait outside for 30+ minutes EVERYTIME! They always close early, they never cook my food properly and my fries are ALWAYS COLD. I just placed an order at 10: 05pm and he told me I need to be there by 10: 30 or I can’t get my order. They don’t close til 11. This is probably the worst wingstop staff in the city.

My order was wrong, 12 people inside not abiding by social distancing ordnance,
Loud, food was cold!

I ordered the 15 wings combo and my fries ware burned and not fresh bad customer service I call and after the mistake that day did locate on tijera

Best wingstop I've been to. Always fresh wings and fries. Mango habanero and lemon pepper are the best flavors!

ALWAYS have the worst experiences here. The cashiers don't even know how to place an order. They need to get retrained. Always getting orders.

My food was extremely cold, and I realized half my order was missing by the time I got home. Drove all the way back and had to wait another 30 minutes for cold food.

Got some gift cards for Christmas can't even use them at the wingstop by my house for some reason their machine is always broken!

Ordered food and when it was handed to us the counter person read everything off the receipt HOWEVER got home and a full order of chicken was missing. I immediately called and was told I could return another time to pick them up but my response was "I'm hungry now, how is later going to help me? " Needless to say, I had to go back.the chicken that was missing was mine!

Horrible experience I came in December 21 at lunch time I'm a construction worker with a brief short lunch break i walked in the restaurant it was empty I placed my order to a rude female cashier that looks like she hated her job if you don't like your job just quit don't ruin the quality of a great business But I could clearly see the employees in the back talking for a while before even starting my order hopefully next time they put a little more care into it.

Horrible service. The cashier was high and more concerned about his female Co-workers conversation than actually taking an order. Don’t eat here. Best one I’ve been to is on Expo and Fig. Maybe because it’s by USC and customer service is mandatory by White Folks Schools but here it’s not mandatory. I also greeted one of the employees and he ignored my greeting. However when two female Hispanics greeted him he did it with a smile and watched their behinds. Don’t spend your hard earned money here.

No sense of urgency! Took them more than 45 minutes for a 8 piece combo. Employees touching money and serving food without hand washing.

I ordered for pick up over the phone. They told me it'll be ready in 25 min. I got there 30 min later expecting my food to be ready. I waited an extra 20 min. The employees there are nasty and don't wash there hands. I asked for refund and left. Never coming to this wing stop again. I wouldn't recommend it.

The wings are always made to order. The food is always fresh. The beat Wing Stop in Inglewood, California.

First.service is a 4 outta 10 from a few of the employees there.but Tonya.please ALWAYS remain professional over the phone.but I requested my food be WELL DONE and the fries were WET the chicken was soggy as well.this is why I stay away from wingstop. Please do better!
