13The fries were cold and there were no condiments in the bag. And it took them a few moments to locate my order even with the confirmation number. However the lemon pepper chicken wings are popping.
Ordered on the app and and got there a bit early but they didn't take long for the wings to be ready.

Barbecue. But this place seem to always have no barbe! ALWAYS! EVERYTIME. THEY DONT HAVE OR THEY ARE NOT MakingG IT LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED Too! All my wings look "poor" and that is every time do they run out of bbq?
Literally every time I order with them something is wrong. This time they messed up my sauce & I didn’t catch it until I got home. I always have to go out of my way to their nice USC location to get what I pay for.

This is my third time at getting Wingstop this week and gets my order wrong at Central and Slauson. The first time I was to busy to remember to call to explain their mistake which was giving me the wrong flavors. I called the second time Wingstop gladly took care of me by giving me a full credit combo since I have a busy schedule which I still haven’t redeemed due to my busy schedule. As for this third time on 5/10/2021 I called in my order specifically repeated what I wanted twice for they get no mistakes. I got the wrong order again and was missing items I asked for on the phone. I had no time to go back so I called and asked for the manger which was Maria I told her my situation twice and I was giving a hard time with her, she explained I had to return the food which she assumed I go on Wingstop Demand; so I asked to speak to someone above her position. I was passed to Patricia told her my experience and explained my order was wrong and she did not give me options and was rushing me off the phone. She said, this is the last time we will remake your order I was shocked on how she was talking to a paying loyal customer of Wingstop. She made me feel like customers can’t call to report a mistake Wingstop make. I felt uncomfortable and mention I will leave a review and call corporate and she gladly said go ahead. I can’t believe this store management is making paying customers feel like it’s the customer fault for Wingstop mistakes. Patricia did not leave me happy at all. Which was even a worse when I would of thought I would of been token care of since she was the store manager the experience just got worse. It shocking that paying customers have to pay for Wingstop mistakes by paying for the wrong order, our time, and feeling uncomfortable instead of satisfied. I love Wingstop and do not want to feel uncomfortable at my local Wingstop on Central and Slauson due to this poor management that’s making paying customers feel like we can’t report wrong orders. Very disappointed in the customer service when it came to the management.
The manager here is really biased. The store with the d manager was completely better. Every since she’s been here the employees have come and go yet Wingstop does nothing about it. This lady, Patty needs better training

This place is usually spot on. Today was disappointing. Customer service was lousy. Had my order and confirmation number, alongside the email from the app, but they simply denied my order existed/ went through and did not want to attend thereafter.: (
Wings and fries were good. No ones was cleaning the door handles. People were coming in and out and touching the door handles is a must since the door is heavy. No one was cleaning the soda dispenser either and customers were helping themselves with their drinks. I hope this business is looking after customers' wellbeing, preventing the spread of covid-19
Honestly every wingstop has very poor service. Always rude and they seem not to care at all for the customers. Screw wingstop!
