Wingstop, Roseville CA

Been coming here a few times but my recent experience was really great. Came in and was greeted by Evan. It looked like he was still in training but when i placed my order it seemed like he already picked up everything fast. Got my order down perfectly and didn’t take a long time for my order to come out. Overall a great experience and kudos to the staff for being very friendly and helpful

We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready within 30 minutes. When we arrived 40 minutes after we placed our order our food was not ready. It ended up taking an hour for us to get our food. Our groceries were in the car and all spoiled because of this unexpected wait. Lots of angry customers today….

My food was old, cold and looked like leftovers. This place is horrible. I hope the owners have the decency to refund my money. This is the worst Wingstop in the world. This is there last chance. This location has been fukked up for a while. I bet the owners don't even care.

First time here. Roberta helped me out. She was great! Good sense of humor didn't mind that I changed my order mid way through (sorry). The restaurant was clean. The wings were really good. Not a lot of flavors to choose from. But sometimes too many choices is a bad thing. I'll be back. Cheers!

Good food and friendly staff. Took my son and his friends here to eat. They had a great time.

It’s laughable. It’s an absolute struggle to get your food correct or on time. Not recommend. The one on sunrise isn’t very good but it’s better. Also health code violations having the random door dash people fill up drinks putting there fingers in the cups. What is going on? All this while waiting for my very late online order.

Waited over an hour on a Sunday afternoon for wings, order was wrong and inedible, asked for a refund, never received one. Emailed corporate office, never emailed back. Poor service. Poor follow up. Subpar establishment on all fronts. Don’t eat here. Buffalo Wild Wings is close by.

There are better Wingstops out there. I don't know exactly what happened with the other reviewers, but as for me, the wings were just very greasy and underseasoned which is atypical by Wingstop standards.

2022: this place has been really bad. As the rest of the reviews indicate, used to be the best Wingstop around but now it's pretty much the worse. I would go to Buffalo Wings on Galleria instead. They made me wait for 15 minutes to double check that my order went through, and then asked to charge me again because the payment may have not gone through

Used to go there all the time wont be going back. The wings i got had sauce only on the side of them barely coated and the fries were almost raw. 3rd time in a row i give up on this location

Don’t order from here! Quality of food is awful. Ordered from this location Friday evening and have been experiencing horrible stomach issues since.

My friends and I made a pick up order and we're not disappointed by the food quality but more so the fact that they left out part of our order. I called and talked to their "shift lead, " requesting that that the forgotten portion be refunded to my debit card. They told me that "if they could" they would call me back. I received no call back or refund to my account; I'm disappointed by the lack of service at this location and will not be returning.

Usually this spot is good but I don't know yesterday me and my boyfriend ordered wings and when we got home one of the wings looked kinda funny and we threw it away not thinking anything of it it just looked deformed.then the second one was still raw I didn't take a picture or want to write a review I wasn't thinking nothing of it but today and all off yesterday towards the night I noticed my boyfriend wasn't feeling good and today he didn't go to work because he feels sick I hope it's not salmonella because he has the symptoms.but just be aware that the chicken isn't raw! And don't think nothing of it check

I ordered 20 pieces of wing (10bone in, 10 boneless) and 2 fries. When the order was done and she handed it to me. I asked her if there was ranch, napkins and forks and she looked me in the eye and said yes. On my way home I checked the bag and he lied. No ranch, no napkins and no forks. Additionally the food was terrible. Boneless wings too dry (overcooked) it tasted like paper. The lemons pepper wings had too much seasoning and the Buffalo and ranch fries didn’t have any ranch. My order was $30.67 and it will be my last.

Every time I decide to pick up a doordash order from here, that decision is the worst one that I've made all night. Every time I come here it is a complete nightmare. They'll tell you that you just need to wait five minutes and you'll be sitting in there for half an hour. The employees are entirely brain-dead. Avoid at all costs
