Very rude employee. I come here often and today I had ordered just carrot sticks and ranch as a side to go with a separate meal. The girl who took my order was very polite and said my order would be quick. When she reminded the guy preparing orders, he said, " That's all they ordered? That's pathetic. " I was waiting in the dining room and heard that clearly. I didn't appreciate being referred to as pathetic for my simple order.

I call and toll me they don't serve the meal for 2 I gitbthere and I see it n the menu.idk why they toll me this over the phone

I regret ordering from this location. There was a bitten wing in my order! Also we ordered an extra ranch and of course they forgot about it. Horrible experience.

This place is need to shut down horrible unprofessional the blue cheese is old I hate this place

Extremely rude employees. Management was right there and just let the bad service happen. Waited for my small chicken sandwich for 30 min then finally had to go up myself to see what’s going on. Sure enough my food was just sitting there getting cold. They never called my name or anything and received no apology. Will not go back

When we first walked in and when we were ready to order we were not acknowledged at all…finally our order was taken but the staff was very rude horrible customer service we waited 30 mins for 3 chicken sandwiches not even wings. The manager was there just sitting on his computer and by the way that is very awkward spot to have your office right in front of store and one of the employees was just standing there on her phone our name was never called and there were bags just sitting on the shelf we finally went up to the counter and our order had been ready that entire time but our name was never called. I will never go back to this location especially working for customer service I know what are the expectations. This staff needs to be retrained and needs a new manager asap

I can’t take it. I’ve gave this location multiple chances and I’m tired of wasting my money.greasy half way fried even though I asked for well done and the ultimate is very very little lemon pepper seasoning. When I pick up my food on my own I know I have to check their food because they never put seasoning on the chicken.but today I’m officially done

Wingstop is always a great choice for any occasion. But it is very important to keep on mind that you must call or place your order online at least 20 minutes in advance so you don't wait for your wings. No other observations, service is great and food is delicious.

Buffalo Wild Wings will definitely be the next stop! NEVER AGAIN will I go to this Wingstop. It’s a wing night club. Nothing but young kids working which I am glad they are working but they are dancing, listening to music, and socializing while I stood there waiting for my food (15 minutes) a order that was placed over the phone that sat on the shelf getting cold before they noticed it was mine. Also for the kicker once I arrived home and opened my order it was completed wrong. This place is a mess and management needs to be fired!

The worst wing stop location. Ordered boneless wings they were pink inside, fries were greasy & soggy! & ordered Cajun corn & the corn was not seasoned! Horrible service either they’re lazy or just don’t care…. Or both. DO BETTER!

I showed up at this location 10: 10 pm to place an order. The employee on the register told me that they weren’t taking anymore orders for the night because they were too busy. I asked him don’t you guys close at midnight and he just gave me attitude and once again said we are not taking anymore orders. Dam I didn’t know it took that long to make some wings.

Usually when I get hot on my bone in it’s chewy but the last couple of times I’ve called in and got it my chicken was very crunchy very well done I didn’t ask for it but I loved how it was just well it was a young lady in the back with a high top bun with very nice jewelry that was cooking can someone tell her I love her because she did an amazing job and it was my second time coming back in a week 10/10 recommend going when she’s there

Every time I order take out, it is either wrong or they forgot about it and “make it right now. ” Good flavors of wings and I enjoy them when they use the right sauce. Ordered two Cajun 10 pieces and two kids meals. I asked them if everything was in there. Got home and the kids meals were correct but the two orders of fry Cajun turned out to be saucy hot wings. I’m done with this place. The solution they’ve given me before was to bring it back for an exchange. Gas is too expensive and traffic is horrible. It’s not worth my extra time to go back for an exchange.

I ordered online and it said pick up 19-24 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later, checked in and paid for my wings and fries. 25 minutes later I still haven't received even an update or apology. When I asked they said 5-10 more minutes. I demanded my money back and they couldn't figure out how to put it on my card and had to pay me back cash. This place is the worst wingstop I've ever been to, highly miss managed. I left hungry with no food for me or my kids 45 minutes after I ordered and still had to figure dinner out. Never again wingstop.

I feel qualified to write this review as I've ordered from this place about 20 times now. The people in there are not capable of running a fast food place during covid.
Everytime I go in there no one even looks old enough to be in charge. They all run around like chickens without a head. The past 5 times I've been in there my food has been sitting there ready to go (after I already paid) while they take other people's orders and drinks after me. All they had to do was hand me the bag. There's about 4 people in the kitchen and 1 person up front doing everything.
By the time I get home the food is cold and the sauce soggs up the wings. They need to bring in new management before I come back to spend money.

WING STOP! BASELINE YOU CAN NOT! SERVE RAW CHICKEN IT HAS TO BE COOKED THOROUGHLY! IM REALLY UPSET THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR WELL DONE BUT INSTEAD I GOT ALMOST RAW CHICKEN! THIS IS SO NOT SAFE! AND TGE GREASE LEVEL OMG! PLEASE DO BETTER!

Always long wait time, the tell you your food be ready at a certain time but you always have to Add 30 minutes to that

Wing Stop/Rancho Cucamonga (Baseline) tired to kill me; my order was lightly seasoned and drenched in grease. The food was lukewarm, wings weren’t crunchy and hardly seasoned. I will NEVER eat at this location ever again…Epic Wings is sooooo much better, the food is hot, the grease is drain and the services 100 percent better.

May 21st, 2021 (4: 30-5: 00pm) ;The chicken was not well-done. It’s not dinner time yet, and I asked if I could have my order well-done and when I received it, I asked them again and they were way too proud to say that the chicken was well-done, even though it wasn’t. We were willing to wait a long time for the food, but they shouldn’t change the quality! The waiting time takes longer, the chicken shouldn’t be like that!

Absolutly great wings. I have not had them for awhile. It trutly hit the sole of the tatse.
