14Bad service and its too loud. Why are you blaring multiple audios at the same time? And when someone doesn’t here their name…obviously…dont just set the food aside and never mention it again.
Not even a one star the guy was rude, worked very slow, didn't care about how long the line was me and another customer gave up and stormed out️
It's slow. I called for a pick up on a normal day (non rush hour) and the gentleman said it would be 15 min. I got there around that time and waited in the store for about 45min. I almost cancelled my order but it finally came. I love wingstop but this franchise needs to kick it into gear.
Ordered 50 wings, they were under cooked. On my recipt it states extra cooking time. 2nd time its happened at this location. When i complained, they expected me to drive back at 6pm on friday from mountain house. I asked for discount back to my credit card, they stated they can only recook it, and i would have to return wings today, not tommorow. Terrible service. Had to throw the wings in the air fryer.
I do not know if they have a new owners are just new staff members but they customer service sucks… Like three weeks ago I went in there and ordered pay for extra ranch they gave me blue cheese today I went in to pick up my order in the little guy at the cash register was very rude And I really do not want to give them a one Star.
Even after an hour and a half of placing the order, the order is still not ready. Too late, even if a little crowded.
And then, they said we forgot it.
If you want to get in and out food, do not come here. They took 45 minutes to take one thing
Music too loud in the restaurant, person taking our order couldn't hear us, made us repeat ourselves, and still didn't get our order correct. Soda machines were stopped up, with water overflowing. Just not my best eat in experience, won't be back.
Ordered a 10pc traditional wings with a large seasoned fries and a 20oz drink… pick up time said 25-30 minutes. Order said it was complete at 5: 19 and I arrived at 5: 22 — I walked in, 3 people in the back cooking just looked at me, while 2 others are scrubbing the walls in the dining area.not a single person greated me. I said I’m here to pick up an order. Told the guy my name, he didn’t speak English or understand it. He had me read the ticket to see if it was my order or not, then I waited them a moment thinking he’d give me my cup for my drink & I told him my order had a drink… he looked at me and spoke to a person cleaning the walls and had to have him come and ask what I needed and I told them. I got to my car and checked the order to make sure it was correct and let me just say I am frustrated and annoyed that my food was COLD, SOGGY UNSEASONED FRIES & OVERCOOKED, HARD TO EAT DRY TRADITIONAL WINGS I could’ve gone back inside and made it an issue but their service already sucked. The guy didn’t speak English. I didn’t feel like waiting another 25/30 minutes for my food as I had placed another mobile order somewhere else for my childrens food. I love wing stop but this location is horrible. Their food and service is
I had wingstop before but this place didnt impress me much, the flavours were not noticeable enough to differentiate. It was ok.
Wings were cold and tasted rubbery. Fries were crispy and cold tasted like they microwaved them or re-cooked them. Paid more than $30.00 for cold rubbery food! Very dissatisfied AND the place was a filthy mess, says a lot about a restaurant.
Horrible customer Service! All the times that I've gone there, my fries are burnt and every time I call to order they put me on hold for a long time. I hate this place and how they run it. I hope it improves its customer service.
