Why do they mark your food order complete and then I still have to wait 10 minutes to get the order because it isn't done. It's happened on numerous occasions.

Custom service is good but the food umm let's just say wing stop 395 is closer to my house but I rather drive to Hesperia wing stop smh but the rolls and drinks are good

Wingstop App said my food was done so I went inside. It was not done. They told me if I gave them a good review they'd give me extra wings. They did not. The cashier who told me that is a liar. Her name is Victoria.

Super salty, cold and over cooked, I'm done with Wingstop. I called them 3 times and they put me on hold then hung up on me twice, the 3rd time a guy answered and was very nice and offered to make the order over If I return the un eaten food, it was hot but still hard and over cooked and not what I expected so it's a wrap for Wingstop

Did not follow special request, they premade a lot of the food and let it sit over the fryers. They say they wash their hands on these signs but doesn’t matter when they’re touching their clothes and the food! Aswell as eating in the kitchen for the customers to see. Please make sure to check your order before you leave they will mess it up and in fact you’re better off getting frozen wings from Walmart because maybe those won’t be stuck together! And partly uncooked. Also beware to wait a long time on the weekends and steer clear of all the angry delivery drivers waiting as well.

It’s like a hit and miss with this place every time I order it’s always something wrong and tonight I had it I order a 8 piece boneless 4 Cajun and 4 lemon pepper I got 5 lemon pepper and bone in other time I order the lemon pepper and they give me Parmesan ones smh get it together then to top it off the rose was the best thing there they they don’t even have them no more and not only that but I don’t live close and the guy told me today that I can’t keep the food up until we can bring it back if it’s wrong what was I post to eat tonight if I waited for a week smh ‍️

I love this location.
The food is good. People are nice and they move as quick as they can. Lol.

Each of us had their chicken sandwich the spicy Buffalo Hawaiian and Habanero and all 3 of them were absolutely delicious and their Cajun corn best thing ever even better than the sandwiches.

Always fresh & flavor selection are great! Tried there NEW CHICKEN sandwich & it was ok but not worth it better get a chicken sandwich from Popeyes chicken now that's BOMB!

I usually order on the app for later delivery. So far I really like the hickory bbq and seasoned fries. Also the chocolate dessert. So far so good. Even though there is a wind place closer to me Wingstop is my spot!

Would honestly give 0 stars if it was an option. They are always late with their order. I order ahead so by the time I get there my food is ready. You get to this location and they make you wait an extra 30 mins. Tried getting a refund and they always seem to have an excuse of why they can’t do it at the moment and you need to come the next day because their tablet isn’t working at that moment. Needs new management or more training they are not on top of their things.

Very friendly staff and clean restaurant. Ordering was easy and fast. Very pleasant experience.

Isaiah was super helpful and helped us save some money with a great deal. Super chill dude and great location to get some wings.
