Waited for more than 20 minutes only for sandwiches when it was not busy at all and i was told it will take 10 minutes.someone got her order first when she came 10 minutes after me. So if you are in hurry di not go there. I requested to cancel my order and after discussing with his manager the man at the counter cancelled my order. Never going back.

Ordered a 100pc party pack for Super Bowl Sunday and barely recovering from being ill from those damn chicken wings. Last time ever ordering Wing Stop!

I absolutely despise this place! The food is always of poor quality, and it never tastes fresh. The wings are usually overcooked and dry, the fries are soggy and greasy, and the sauces lack flavor. I've tried multiple times to give them a chance but every time I'm disappointed, so now I avoid wingstop altogether. But maybe the new chicken sandwich can give this place a chance to bounce back from failure.

Ordered at 5pm, arrived at 5: 30 and told me almost ready.
Checked again at 5: 45, gave me the wrong one (belongs to another Michael)
And even right now I am still waiting….

This place was great! I ordered a 6 wing combo and got 10 wings instead! Few Among Us are so lucky to experience the great positives the regime of Joe Biden has had upon these great United States of America.

This place takes hella long for no reason. They always say they don’t have change and I need to pay with card. There number is out of service.

They forgot to pack some of the food we ordered and were charged for and we can't get ahold of them because the number is not in service. How are we supposed to get our money back or order corrected now if we can't call them?

I placed an online order today and unfortunately was so disappointed for what I got. When I placed the order the delivery was about 113-118mins so we placed the order at 2pm and got order at 4pm when out order arrived I was missing most of my order I only received one of items out of almost 6 items not even the fries. I kept calling to the number shown online and never went through was never answered. I also tried finding a costumer service number online and no luck. This is not the first time it has happened, for the last 3 orders that we have place something is always missing. It was such a disappointment since my kids love Wingstop and the only reason why we kept ordering but by far this was the worse missing almost my whole order, out of 4 people only one got to eat. Never again

Ice cubes all over the floor. Food made incredibly fast. Boneless wings were very oily in box. Lemon pepper wings taste like dirty fryer oil. French fries were really good. Typical fast-food service. L+L next door is a better choice, i should have gone there.

The cashier was great. His cook either didnt show up on time or stepped out so he was left to do everything by himself until the cook showed up like 15 minutes later he handled himself very professionally. So with that said the fries were cold when we finally got to eat

It was cool, came in befor closing everyone was still in a good mood it was super chill food was bomb was treated the way every customer wants.

Waited for 5 minutes till someone actually seen me when they were standing around the registers. When the girl took my order she said it will be 15 minutes. I've been waiting for like 45 minutes and still no food. They need to learn how to manage. Nothing but a bunch of kids working.

Eat here at your own risk. My lunch from here yesterday made me very sick within 1-5 hours of eating, stomach cramps, nausea, fever, full body aches, and diarrhea all night.

So i used to go here regularly a lot a few years ago, recently tho? This location has been falling off.the soda machine never has the sodas people want since they don't refill the syrups.they always get your orders wrong.they always give you wings that are hard, cold, ugly looking, questionable looking.i don't know what's going on behind the scenes of management, but they seriously need to step up because im seeing from all these other reviews that this has been a consistent problem for months.

Long wait time, good wings, the fountain drink machine didn't have any flavor available.

The worst experience ever! There phone is disconnected! You get there and you can only order on line. No internet service there. No one speaks English! I had to drive all the way to Almaden Expressway in the middle of an impossible game. Never again will I visit that location! Bad management.

This location takes foreverrrrrr. Management needs to setup up. The employees try, but doesn’t seem they are supported or staffed properly. You should order here if you’re gonna be hungry in an hour. Then get mediocre, cold food. It’s too bad, cause people want to go here - the business is there. But they fail to deliver the food in a timely, or quality manner
