Wingstop, Stockton CA

Poor customer service! I ordered from the app, they delivered someone else food. I had no car hence why I had it delivered. Spent 50 dollars. I called they told me there’s nothing they can do, I have to bring back the food! I don’t have transportation. Sorry. So I asked for a refund he said no. Can’t do anything without you bringing the food back. Like I paid for delivery and you want me to bring it back and it was your mistake. He was not helpful. I will never eat a a wing stop again! And telling everyone

Cashier who took my order, I forgot her name but she was very nice.but there is this other young lady who just stands there and watches people go in and out and does absolutely nothing.

Staff are generally friendly, food seems to be fried fresh, so it takes a little while to get your food on larger orders.prices seem a little high, but worthwhile for an occasional visit.mango habañero is (literal and slang), a must try!
I'm unaccustomed to leaving trays/trash on the table, but there are no trash receptacles for customer use, so leave it at the table, or take it to the pick up counter.

I enjoyed my fountain drink.
The lack of organization caused confusion. They did however, rectify the problem.
The one in Weston Ranch, though. She needs help. Language barrier.

I don't usually leave reviews but I honestly got triggered that I asked for boneless, but the blonde employee didn't listen and got me classic instead, making my order cost more than expected. This happened around 10: 50 pm on 7/9/22. Still decent food I guess.

Use to love this location, but lately things have been going down hill. Food is either under cooked or overcooked. Employees usually do not greet. I’m not saying all their employees but some of them do not have good hygiene. I understand they are busy but they should take some time of the day to clean out the soda machine. Soda does not fast right. The quality of the food has become an issue.

I did not like their service, the staff was rude and argued with each other. The staff wasn't very professional. I don't usually like complaining or being rude about service but I just really do not recommend anyone go to this Wingstop location.
As far as the food. I see a lot of complaints in other reviews. The chicken was okay. The fries were soggy-ish (but that could just be how the fries are since they did not taste bad). Their soda fountain does not taste right, usually, I can stand it if it's only a little bad but the sodas that I tried getting out of the machine tasted stale and gross. I asked for 2 atomic wings out of the 10 boneless ones I got, and they did not even try to separate them. I don't know if that is my fault for requesting 2 of one flavor, so I will not hold that against them. I only gave 2 stars because of the service.

Terrible! I'll never eat here again. My chicken was hard and over cooked.
I should've checked before I left. I couldn't even chew it. If your gonna sell chicken learn how to cook it first.

This spot is very good and has great seasoning and fast delivery but i have found hairs in my ranch two separate times and it’s very disappointing

Ordered 30 classic wings and 5 boneless. To my surprise they were all spoiled. Just when biting into the first wing I almost vomited. I always order wings from this location but today the wings were all spoiled. They had a really bad smell even with the sauce in them. I tried contacting them but they kept on telling me to hold. Worst service, I do enjoy eating Wingstop but now I will have to check other wing places.

It's horrible, very salty, cold, I took too much salt out of the French fries, the chicken wings were dry and salty, bad, bad I don't recommend, I throw my money away

Usually good here but was super disappointed as fries were cold, little pieces like bottom of the basket and tasted burnt. Boneless wings were hot and tasty. Lemon pepper wings were small tonight.

I am writing this review due to a terrible experience I had when I Ordered a 50 piece party pack. I have always ordered wings from this place and never been disappointed. Shortly after receiving the wings we ate them and a couple of us had extreme diarrhea, I am taking about straight water coming out, it seemed as if there was a laxative that was added or something. I was so disappointed as we were celebrating my siblings birthday and had family come from out of town. Immediately I hopped online and submitted a report. The following day I was contacted by the store manager and asked a couple of questions. Shortly after he contacted me back and proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to issue a refund because according to the guidelines the timeframe in which we got sick did not align with their policy a food borne illness. It is highly disappointing that We literally paid almost 100 dollars for us to get sick. I would issue no stars if it was an option.
