Wingstop reviews
16Imagine placing an online order, wait for your food and when you get it is not there. I got a bag of fries and sauces with no wings in it. After calling the restaurant they put me on hold for 15 min, i hung up and called again just for them to tell me "oh yeah thats your order we have it here, come get it". Pathetic service! No costumer service skills whatsoever. Will never order from this place again! Now god nows how long it will take to get a refund!
The boneless wing and the fries are amazing but the best thing they got is the cajun corn! Absolutely amazing
The employees here are god awful and they need some serious help! I’ve only had two good experiences with the employees and it’s only this location, please get your staff in order!
Sandra and Lonny were amazing employees! We ordered ahead and came in around 10pm and they were so sweet and chatty while doing all their closing work and getting us our food super fresh and very fast!
Doesn’t answer their phones. The wings were super dry and burnt. It wasn’t the first time my wings were like that.
Fries were good. The wings were all oil almost no seasoning. I couldn't taste the lemon pepper or the hot honey. It was like very oily naked wings. I just don't understand. This is the first wing stop that I've ever been to in the country that was stingy with the flavor. That's the only reason to go to wing stop!
There were at least four people working but I was ignored for almost 10 minutes, you need to have at least one employee that is in charge of greeting customers even if it is to tell them that they cannot be helped for a couple of minutes. Turns out my food was ready and sitting there getting cold.
The three girls who work nights have incredibly terrible customer service. I walk in, make eye contact with three young ladies. Whom I don’t get a greeting from either of. After, I thought to great them with a hello from the cash register but at first I don’t get a response. Weird, normal people tend to respond to nice greetings. It’s okay maybe they didn’t hear me. HELLO HELLO, I said and not a single response. They all look at me as if I had something to say. So I figured to let them know I was there to pick up an order. Finally one of the girls very slowly comes to the register to assist. From the moment I gave my name, she seemed quite reluctant to grab the single bag on the pick up shelf with my name on it. Long story short I got my food and walked out of there. She couldn’t even print me a receipt. Food is great, but a restaurant is nothing without decent customer interaction. I’m sure you can do much better.
Don’t even waste ur time going there I promise ur order is gonna be wrong all the time so if u do go there make sure u check ur order before u leave and the employees look like they don’t even wanna be there lol
Mold on my cup, the employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive, they verbally assaulted my door dasher then claimed they couldn’t hear me on the phone. I’ve been Repeatedly calling “district manager” just to get a voicemail.
Second customer service rep dismissed me with “sure. ” Ive been in customer service for a decade and I’m appalled at the blatant lack of respect for me, my door dasher, health concerns and the lack of attempt to do anything to make it right so far.
I went to wingstop on Monday 12/13/21 around 5pm. I was so excited to have wings from winstop, when I got home I grabbed the box of wings and a massive of oil spilled all over my couch cover, my sweatshirt sleeve, my pants, my bible and all over the bag it came in. The chicken had NO flavor at all and that’s because it was soaked in a box of grease! They were terrible! I didn’t even eat them! My fries were COLD & NOT SEASONED at ALL! The whole order was awful. The only thing that was good was my lemonade. I will most likely not return again. Worst experience ever at Wingstop on Jamacha Rd. Don’t recommend it. I even have photos of the mess and how much grease my wings were in. Except I don’t know how to attach them to the review.
The food is great and they are open til midnight but forget about washing your hands in the restroom there before you eat. There is warm water but it comes out as a trickle and there was no soap in either dispenser. The air dryer is ok but you have to touch the door handle to open it. Since this is a wings place, it is a little gross to eat them with your hands without being able to wash your hands properly. We live an hour away too. Oh well, next time I'll bring my own soap and paper towels.
Germo and Ronan were excellent employees. It was my first time trying wing-stop and they helped me out
We get there at night the cashier said we don’t have any wings with the bone we just have bone less wings so we ordered our wings the cashier there she took so long to understand our order it’s OK in the end We did the order 20 pieces of wings with corn we got the wings very very oily we even dried with the napkin and come very crispy it’s like a rock What the heck what’s going on with you guys even the corn it’s very cold and untasty if there is less than one star I will give this restaurant I don’t recommend it for anybody
We had been going to this location for a while. Minus a few slip ups, never had issues.went tonight had the munchies, Wanted a brownie and wings. Pulled it out of the bag and it turned to dust lol i looked at the date and it says best by May 2nd.bruh.its AUGUST 6TH! Yall are tryna feed me expired food? Not today, satan. I'm good on the petrified brownie lol
We visited Wingstop on Saturday. The guy at the counter was friendly. And the place looked tidy. We ordered and took a seat to wait. While we were waiting the guys preparing the food were running a machine that hit the wall once every 30 seconds. It was loud and hard and since we were sitting on that way it was not making it easy to relax. The food was alright. We got the all in combo with hot and Korean Q and boneless wings were lemon pepper and Habanero mango. But the Voodoo fries! The were the best part.
