18The staff don’t tell your order is ready. You better ask them if your order is ready every minute so you don’t waste half hour.
Wow this place has the nicest spiciest chicken burger I have eaten in a long time. The Mango Habernaro sauce is brilliant. Its not the quickest service and the decor is pretty average but this burger is zingier than a zinger.
The sandwiches are the best they come with fries and a drink the price is very good you should try it it comes in any flavor of the wings I got the lemon pepper and it was on point this is twice that I've got it and I'll keep getting it
Their management needs to be improved. I waited 35 mins and wondering where is my order. I asked, the told me it was taken by someone else, because they did not cross check plus not getting my name right. Then told me to wait another 15 mins … wth….
I love that we can have all flats, and that they don't fry it until you buy it. Not for the entitled, "I want it NOW! " crowd.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a delivery and it was never dropped off. When I called the store they told me I had to handle it with customer service for door dash (even though I ordered through wing stop) door dash connected me with a customer service rep for wing stop. Wing stop customer service told me they can only submit a request and someone will be reaching out to me soon. It's been a week, I haven't heard from anyone and I found out from another wing stop store that they can refund in the store and it would have been instant. I'm upset because I'd the initial guy who answered the phone would have handled the situation when I called instead of passing me off to the wrong people I would have my refund by now. Now I called back to customer service and they said my request has been "processed" but not approved yet and there's no way to talk to anyone who can help me or give me a definite answer. This is the worst customer experience I ever had wing stop does not care about their customers.
I order online to pick up at store. Waited around 30 mins before heading to the store and got a notification saying It was ready. Arrived at store and waited for 8 to 10 mins until I was noticed by an employee even though they walked right in front of me. Gave them my name and they told me my order wasn't ready and had to wait around 15 mins. I waited around 20 more mins since the employees at this location there main priority is having fun and talking to each other. Finally got my order after waiting Soo long, I checked and I was missing my voodu fries that I paid for already, I told the girl at the front and she got upset with me because I got the wrong order. She snatched the bag and checked herself and told me I had to wait longer for the fries. Overall all customer service here is degrading, also the female employee uniform is very revealing, showing a large part of there stomach area and there going back to the kitchen making food. That can't be sanitary.
Workers ignore the waiting customers and stay on their phones. Tables are dirty and bathroom had no soap…
Waited 30 minutes for a 6 pc of bonless wings. Walk in orders are put on the back burner till they get caught up on their online orders. Seriously this location sucks.
My friend and I went to wing stop for some wings. They took 40 minutes to give us our food. Wing stop is always good just hate waiting that long.
Alright, so I am almost certain that I got food poisoning shortly after consuming wings from this Wing Stop location. And based on other reviews I'm reading, I think I'm totally right. Thanks for putting Wing Stop on my never to eat again list. Please keep up to date with required food safety programs going forward!
They need to go through a health inspection or something because i had gotten food poisoning from the food itself. I will never get wing stop ever again.no decency in wanting to check their own food and making sure it's clean and fresh.how pathetic.
Been coming here for years. Food has always been consistent every time. The only downside is that they are taking longer to make your food compared to before. My guess is because of new staff members. It isn't the same as before. Add another 5 to 10 minutes to the time if you order online.
Waited 10 minutes over the time they told me and still didn’t get my food. Terrible customer service, pretty much incompetent
Go-to for my daughter and I when we don't know what to eat. Always fast, always accurate. Definitely recommend.
Waited 20 mins past my order due time only to be told they didn’t print out my order ticket, so I had to wait an additional 25 mins for them to make the food. All in all, waited 45 extra mins
The person who took my order was patient and helpful! Definitely going back, the wings are always fire here!
Don't even try to call to make a order, their phone has been off the hook for an 1hr. This happens every week. Don't even try to call. You HAVE to go in and wait 15 minutes.
