Wingstop, Sanger CA

I’ve come here several times and have never had a bad experience at all. However recently I had a great experience that I wanted to share. I always order for takeout but recently I had totally forgot about my order. It had been over an hour that my food was ready so I knew it would be cold because of me. Emmanuel was very friendly and helpful about my situation. I didn’t say anything and was ok with taking my food regardless but he offered to warm up my fries for me. I really appreciate that gesture from him, one he didn’t have to do for me. It’s the small things, that make your experience anywhere great. I always come here often and will keep doing so.

Never ordered from them but it was so convenient and my food was ready on time, great service with a smile and the food was delicious!

I placed the order 6: 15pm and I didn't get my food until 7: 28. It turns out my order was on the cart the whole time they just didn't call out my order even tho I had checked on my order at 6: 55. Giant waste of time. Garbage service

Sorry customer service, was on hold for 15 min and called back 3 times with no answer on a Monday afternoon

Was so happy a year or two back when this opened in Sanger. Had them all the time in So-Cal. A-1, Top notch hot wings. I felt let down when Sanger opened, because it wasn't very good. So I wrote nothing. Figured I would give them the chance to get good. Oh did they ever get good. They got FANTASTIC! GREAT WINGCRAFTERS. Perfect hot wings

This wingstop is the best one ive ever been to. Always fast service, always very welcoming and very sweet service, ive never had a bad experience. Also, the food is always so so good. Fries are never cold or hard, and wings are always made to perfection.

Great customer service! Shift lead and staff Always get welcomed as we open the door to walk in. Friendly staff and clean place at all times. Wings can take 10-15 min but hello! That’s worth the time if you want well cooked wings. I highly recommend!

The spicy Korean was overcooked. Everything tasted delicious and I'll be going back to try more flavors for sure.

Too much salt on the fries and the rub flavor boneless chicken. The BBQ flavor was the much better choice.

Placed and order and it said I had 16-21minutes until my order was ready for pick up, we arrived after 20 minutes for pick up they said it will still be a little longer, another 25 minutes goes by and still nothing. Order was placed at 7: 03 and we left with our food at 7: 59. Do better.

Really bad customer service, never calls out your oder when ready so you have to stand in line a second time. There's always a problem when I go to pick up my order, last time I called in to place an order and when I showed up they hadn't even put up my order receipt to be made. To top it off they have extremely long wait times. I never have these problems at the Dinuba or Selma locations.

The only flavor is grease. Super disgusting I’ll never eat here again. What a waste of $36

My wings where cold from the inside this is not the first time. My fries where soggy and I was right in time for my order! Never going too wing stop ever again!

Love the food and service. Even that Their super busy they still handled my order good and got my food as fast as they could. Def recommend

Every time I have ordered from here the food is never ready on time, this last time you can tell the fries were old, they were hard and were barely warm

Not worth spending $36 for the all in bundle and extra items, on top of that service at the location is horrible is terrible, really slow, and they forget to put all the items purchased.

Everything is bland.fries and wings.yah there is heat from the wing sauce but no flavour. I've tried to let this place redeem its self but it's just a no go.

First, I love Wing Stop. Great wings done right.
However, I had to give only three stars for this Sanger location.
First, I order through the app because I don't like waiting for people and I don't like people having to wait for me. However, when I arrive at the pick up time indicated by the app, the order still isn't ready. This has happened many times. Now, I pad the indicated time by five minutes.
Second, they need to devise a process so that the ranch containers don't fall apart in the bag. I hate getting home to a bag whose bottom is drenched in ranch and I have no ranch for my wings. Huge bummer.
Lastly, can we expedite pick-up order process? Why do I have to wait for someone who has to read the menu 17 times before they make a decision when I can see my wings sitting there ready to be taken home?
Great wings. Terrible efficiency.

I've had it with this place! Everytime I order it's a different issue with my order. Either too much seasonings, not enough seasonings, too much sauce, or dry as hell. This time it happened to be dry as Hell.
