Wingstop, San Diego CA

I tried the chicken sandwich an they make me don't want to return. Chicken is squishy an not cooked hard enough. Too expensive to be messing up ppl food

They close at 9.45pm but stop tacking order at 9.00pm got there at 9.01pm and didn’t want to take my order

The manager or supervisor that took my order was really nice. Young lady, didn't catch her name but she had good customer service. Unfortunately order took almost an hour to be ready. Went home I was missing a large order of boneless that I ordered. Didn't have energy to drive all the way back. I definitely recommend getting a copy of you're receipt and double checking the bag to see if your order is all there. All these wingstops are Falling apart in the San Diego area to be honest.

Still fails to offer dine-in service when other locations of Wingstop have had it for months.

Way too slow. Even when you order online, and food is never ready in the time frame indicated on the site. Seems as they don't even start the order until you arrive in the restaurant. This is the third time we've ordered from this location and will be the last.

They got my order right, but my lemon pepper wings were more like butter wings. Hardly any lemon pepper season but paper and bag was soaked. Honestly its hit or miss with quality and order being right at this location at the moment. I'll try again next time.

I accidentally ordered wings at the wrong location and asked to cancel them because there was no way I was going to walk 7 miles. I called and asked to cancel them and the "manager" was very rude. He said "Not to call back there again" and " he was gonna eat my wings. " Like do I care? I just wanted a refund so I can order my wings elsewhere. Don't order or go here. Terrible! I love Wing Stop but this one is not worth going to! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I come here atleast 3 times a week. I love the customer service. I will always give you guys 5 stars. Everytime I come in, I feel like home!

10 Boneless chicken chunks, 6 rolls, 10 bitty corns. 18.00 Meh kinda feeling cuz all that money and I couldn't get a free drink. You know?

Service was great and the food was FRESH and HOT, my son and I would definitely be back no question about it.

Fries are okay, theyre really sweet though for some reason. Lemon pepper chicken is absoluetly appaling. It doesn't even taste like chicken, just pure salt. I had to drown a wing in ranch for it to be bearable

Overall great place and the service was great. They messed up my order by leaving out some item but corrected once I return with no questions n gave me extras.

Ordered from this place on Door Dash. After waiting for an hour and a half for my food I got a notification from door dash that Wingstop to cancelled my order. So upset. Why couldn't you cancel it earlier if you weren't going to fulfill it.

While waiting for my order to be ready asked for the bathroom key. They said our bathroom don't open. I asked them twice and the same answer. Looks for me that they don't want costumers using their bathroom.

Need experience workers, and the chicken taste like bleach. I've ordered here before COVID-19 and the service was 100% better.

My nieces convinced me to come to this place. First time here, I personally prefer Epic Wings but decided why not. Well aside from my order not being ready at the time they said. They missed two of my side items. I called to let them know and requested a refund.as of now. I'm still waiting to get reimbursed
