This place is NASTY.the employees make delivery drivers fill your drinks. That’s right, delivery drivers from uber eats and DoorDash with hands that aren’t washed are handling your food prep. Wingstop corporate needs to make these employees do their jobs

Really hard food not even fresh. Next time is like that going to doctors report selling unsafe food and lawsuit for couple time get sick from u guys

Drinks half full wings cold asked for extra seasoning and sauce got neither overall. 5 out of 10 the. 5 is only cause I did receive the order. Just moved over here the first and last time I order from this store

Unprofessional personal at this place, they have the option to take orders by phone and they leave on hold and never answered back. The manager doesn't care

This place should be close long ago by LA city 7 workers walking around the place my bad experience 2 times I ordered and they said 15 minutes so when I showed up the food is not ready bad bad bad place same like the workers

Very bad this ppl don't care about the food they're putting in the table. Raw wings, raw fries and my food took 45 minutes to be ready. They're not working, they're just playing jokes In that kitchen. Very Disappointed

If I could give less than one star I would because the service is horrible and staff doesn’t even pay attention and is very rude and they always give the wrong orders and when you supposedly received the right order it’s always missing something, very bad place and to end with I ordered chicken wings not hairy wings, this is unsanitary and disgusting, all of it was undercooked and not done correctly

If you want to wait over an hour for cold chicken and fries then this is your place. Worst wing stop in Los Angeles! Horrible costumer service, and they will get your orders wrong. Save your self the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else! It’s not worth it!

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Do you guys ever look at what you cook and make? I ordered chicken wings from wings stop not hairy wings! All chicken wings had a bunch of hair on them! Seriously? We are humans, not animals! Give a good price and a good product! Sorry, but I will never be back!

Bag had sauce all over the out side and got it on my new white coat. The cheese frys were not good. They were really quite gross and i was kept waiting forever while my order sat and tge girl at register was just staring at me not awknowledging me. The soda machine was filthy and full of old ice. I was indeed disappointed by state of the dining area and not very hungry after being inside the restraunt.

Overall it wasn't clean, went to get soda's the machine seems to be the catch all. Service was very slow for the most part they cater to UberEATS and other delivery services.

I came in at 10: 40 they would not take my order they said they were behind, worst service ever restaurant opens at 10: 30

This location is the worst it’s the one closest to me I go often and each time the experience is terrible. They do not pay attention to detail; my name is always wrong on my order which makes the food sit and get cold, I called ahead today to order and I was told that they were not opening until 2 pm After business hours. I ended up going for dinner to get the sandwich and guess what they were “out of sandwiches “ strike 2. The wings are ALWAYS dry when I specifically ask for extra sauce EVERYTIME! And last but not least I was told my order would take 25 minutes, I get the food and it’s cold & hard.not fresh so what were the 25 minutes for? Please never go to this one I can guarantee you will be disappointed and it’s obvious that there was no manager there. August 31st 2022 9pm they need new staff.
