This place was clean, good service is freandly people with good attitude and great food. Most wing stop places are usually good. Not very cheap butt they are good.

One of the best Wingstop I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve been to many. They fry the wings just like I like them. All flat well done

Employees are so bad lady's always drunk, the Indian man owns the place never gets good people to work

So good! A bit of a wait for take-out, but we got there shortly after there opening, and it was worth it. We got their original bone-in hot wings. I really liked their fries! They actually looked "real" and tasted so very delicious.

Only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the two times I've there the actual restaurant has been a little unclean. Tables and floors are pretty greasy. Besides that the food has been pretty good specially those fires

I ordered the 20 boneless wing combo for $16.99. When I got home I realized that they did not include 20 wings. I took a picture and video immediately so I wouldn't have an issue. I called Wingstop and Zoey (not sure if that's her real name) answered. I explained the issue to her and told her that I was just going to return the food. Her response was "well we will be here". Then, I asked to speak to the manager (Cherish). I was on hold and then she hung up the phone. I received a call from Cherish and explained the situation. I explained to her that there were not 20 wings in there. Her response was "well, the guy who prepared them said that he put 20 in there". Here's the thing, mistakes occur. That's what QA is for. Due to this response, I said that I'll bring the food back and just wanted a refund because of her audacity to even question that I would lie about not receiving 20 wings. Her response: We don't do refunds here. My response: What business doesn't do refunds? Then, she starts getting disrespectful and loud. That's when it escalated. I mentioned to her that I was going to reach out to corporate and file a complaint due to her behavior. Issues happen, but it was because of her attitude. Her response: “Do whatever you want and then she hung up the phone”. I went back to Wing Stop - and she was rude from the beginning. I have the recording. She was indignant. I mentioned to her that her behavior was disgusting and that she needs to be re-trained. According to her and Zoey (Zoey, who butted in) this was "disrespect" and assassination of character and calling corporate was a "threat". She said call the police, call corporate, call whoever. I not once said anything about calling the police. This by far is the worst fast food /restaurant experience that I’ve ever had. I’ve reached out to corporate, will be filing a complaint with BBB and will most likely release this exchange online.

It's not acceptable to refuse to serve customer at 11: 44 PM while you posted closing time at 12 AM

The manager at the wingstop on 4 th an Millikan is rude n unprofessional. I come here a lot because my food is cooked the way I like it. I ordered a 10 pcs lemon pepper n my container was full of grease I went back in to explain to her that it was to much grease an she had an bad attitude talking about she was the manager. So I told her sorry you are the manager but your job is to fix the problem without attitude. I will not be coming back to this place.

Customer service is great the food is always hot and fresh. Order was made correct the first time and no issues with anything.

So disgusted and disappointed I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all. This was my first time purchasing a burger from them I got the Hawaiian and the lemon pepper lawwwwd let me tell you I am very upset rn there was mold on my bun and the other burger had a piece of hair on it I called the manager to get a refund.but was told they don’t do refunds. But was told to bring the burgers back for a new one hell no. I’m scared they might do something to my food. But anyways these are the pics

French fries are never cooked well Order the 40 piece and got 30 piece Ordered 15 hot honey 20 Louisiana rub and 5 Buffalo every time er order in the past year the order has been messed up unfortunately

Missing three wings, they forgot the blue cheese sauce and then threw one ketchup in the bag as if it were a big FU. Second time they have messed up my order. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered delivery that was a mistake I ordered lemon pepper fries what came was regular fries I ordered a coke what came was a sprite wth
