Food is delicious, no complaints here about that. But the time it takes to make the food that a whole different story.

It was decent, but the chicken was bland and the dry rub was barely on there. Oh, and there was a hair in our fries.

Order on the app and 2 hours later my order is not ready. This is the second time this happens. I order at 5: 36pm and right now is 7: 24pm and they said it will be a while. The app gave me un estimate of 58 minutes. Not even close

I had a great experience being at wingstop, easy menu, good customer service at the cash register. I also reccomend choosing boneless since i had made the mistake of not telling the cashier. Having the wings boned took me a longer time eating them since im not much of a bone fan. Another reccomendation is ordering beforehand because the wait time for the food was pretty long, 30 minutes for a 8 pc of chicken wings which is about as long as it took me to eat. Comparing wingstop to other stores is where it gets me. Having my food right out the fryer as I walk out knowing it wasn't just re-heated makes me have more confidence since it reassures me that it's not been contaminated compared to just re-heating.

The food is fine but never expect your food to be ready on time EVER. Iv ordered carry out probably 25 to 30 times and iv had to stand around and wait for about 15 mins after they tell me it's ready for pickup, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Very poor respect for customers time.

Not worth the wait! Zero customer service skills; we were not greeted when e came in nor asked if we could be helped. We went there on a Saturday evening, with only one other person in the restaurant and were told it would be a 25 minute wait. That's already too long, but we said ok, and then ended up waiting for over 45 minutes! I had to ask 2 different employees to check on my order before I got a result. And on top of that, we had ordered it "for here" and they put it in a to-go bag.
On my 2 previous visits to this location, we were told it would be an hour long wait in an almost empty restaurant. That's ridiculous. I've worked at Wingstop before and there's no reason for that long of a wait. This place needs to pick up their game. If I could give zero stars, I would

Descent food and service but could be better. Used to be my favorite wing place but things have changed the past year or so.

Food is good service is horrible. They are always backed up. Even when ordering ahead of time.

Ordered an hour ago. They still haven't started to work on our items. Workers are looking around confused with not much movement. A bunch of other people here waiting for orders. Orders are coming out slow.

First time here. Food was pretty bland. Got the garlic parmesan and mild boneless wings with fries. Service was basic, no smile, just "placing or picking up today? " Don't think I'll be returning.

Tried to call in a large order on my way home & phone line was busy the first 2 times I called. I finally got through the 3rd time, just to be hung up on, after being on hold a couple minutes. I called back hoping it was a minor mistake, but then I was put on back on hold, but this time I was on my way the store already. 10 minutes goes by & I'm still on hold, already at the store. The "Open" sign wasn't on, and they were obviously busy. They need to hire more staff, preferably with EXPERIENCE. Appeared like the store was run by a bunch of kids, who were trying, but had no idea what they were doing. I won't go back anytime soon to this location. Only reason I gave 2 stars, was because the FOOD is good. Customer service was horrible!

Undercooked chicken and soggy fries. Unfortunately got me and my boyfriend very sick. Just check your good thoroughly.

I got to witness the guys in the back cutting the carrots and celery while working the register. Not once did they wash their hands.

My 1 star isn't just because the food was bad or the service was bad. The whole place is like an offbrand bdubs. The wings I got were barely seasoned and the fries were overseasoned. The drink machine just tasted like too much carbonation and not enough flavor. There is no real flooring. The bottom side walls are just weird metal panels. The whole "decor" is some run down aviation paintings. Only 1 child seat. Only about 8 tables to sit at. The staff is undermanned for the services they need to provide. Even the bathrooms seemed to confuse everyone as there's no gender specific ones. Good staff, horrible operation.

I'll start by saying something nice, the rolls were amazing.
First impressions of this location were not good, the dining room wasn't very clean, had dust on moulding that looked to be at least a month old.
Keeping an open mind i waited 18 minutes for my food.
The fries we're soggy, really bummed, they have potential. The wings we're drenched in sauce and were salty.

Tldr, this location needs a little help, fries were soggy, and wings salty, took a long time to get food.
