Very bad service the order takes a long time because they keep talking.
There is no ice for the sodas and the order is incomplete (they forget to put the ranch).

They got my online order perfect and had it ready at exactly the right time. Easy, quick and friendly pick up. Solid food like usual.

Very bad service, angry employees and with bad faces I ordered my food 1 hour before because I know they are always busy and I told them the time I was going to pick it up when my order arrived, it was not ready and the employees wondered that where the ticket was then they told me that I made the wrong call that I did not call there I showed him the call on my phone and that that was the number he told me that then the ticket did not come out they made me wait about 1hr and 30mts for my order I waited when I got home the wings were without any flavor and they were not well cooked I ordered them habaneras just like the potatoes were not cooked They were raw very bad service did not go ranch did not go at all

Louisiana Rub had barely any seasoning and no flavor. Maybe all spiced was rinsed off because these dry rub wings come out wet.not drenched in glaze but still wet.

Todays experience was great I called in, placed an order with Jonathan, customer service was amazing, on the phone & in person. His energy was just welcoming, loved it

It says they close at 12 and I went at 11: 30 and they said theyre closed I had called an hour before hand and when I got there Zach said oh I'm sorry I must have not put it in then he tells me I can't place the order because he cashed out his drawer. Worst customer service ever

I will never come here again they always take forever to cook the food, employees don’t wear gloves, chicken was partially made after me requiring it to be well done and it wasn’t covered with sauce, fries are cut any type of way this place is a headache and the food was horrible

The woman cashier is awful! Terribly rude and slow as cow. She is overcharged and refuses to give me back my money even though I mentioned. Never come back!

This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to, the hispanic workers are truly racist! On two occassions my food and service was horrible! Its worth it to drive to Colorado to get better no racist service!
