Wingstop, Burbank CA

Our first time here. We ordered in person “to go” on a Sunday evening. Store was busy and we waited 30 minutes after we placed order. By that time we were so ready to leave we didn’t double check the order. When we came home we realized the fries and the buffalo fries were missing. Probably will not come here again.

This review is regarding a delivery order. I ordered an hour in advance and my order still showed up late. The wings were fine but I ordered unsweet iced tea but received sweetened tea instead. Notice I didn't say iced. There was no ice in it and I couldn't drink it because of dietary restrictions. Thanks a whole lot.

They always have my food earlier than most people, so I always come to this location as it’s not that busy

LONG WAIT
I have been waiting 55 minutes for my food and so is everyone else around me. Staff is decently nice but doesn't have a sense of urgency. The food is great but it makes me never want to come here again just because I wait so long every time I come.

I can't believe how bad the service is here. Been waiting around 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They are not busy at all and have 5 people wandering around the kitchen working at a snail's pace. Meanwhile a manager is at the register area speaking so loudly on the phone that there's an echo in the empty restaurant. The cashier slurred her words so badly I could barely understand a thing. She wasn't friendly at all and looked half asleep. I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years and am appalled by the terrible service this location provides. It's sad too because Wingstop has great food. Definitely won't be coming back to this location though.

Staff acted as though they didn't want to be there. Wings were good but service sucked and atmosphere is wacked

Great workers who always deliver as expected even when I've had a mixup they tend to it diligently and without hesitation loved it

Every single time I order door dash from this wing stop it is WRONG. This is the 3rd time in a row. The first time was the completely wrong wings, the second time was completely wrong drinks, and the third time I got no drinks at All! This location is terrible

Went to this location and was shorted a large order of fries. Called to let them know and the only option was to get fries replaced. I believe I should have been able to receive the fries plus some extra wings for the inconvenience and the management disagreed. If that is their mindset with basic customer recovery, they can continue operating without my business.

My first experience at this place was horrible. I placed a phone order and when I arrived, my entire order was incorrect. The lady at the register seemed to not care at all and moved extremely slow. I ordered the fries with Cajun seasoning, 10 wings, and a drink with cheese sauce & ranch. I soon noticed after eating quite a few of my fries that a long strand of hair was in it. When I made it home, I had, currently am having, an allergic reaction. My face & mouth is extremely itchy and swollen. I feel extremely sick. I didn’t bother to eat the wings. It’s a sign from god. Something nasty happened with my food and I will be taking this matter to higher management. Beware of this place. It is disgusting and unsanitary. I feel sooooo sick. A health inspector needs to be called in. (They also charged me double!)

They got my order wrong twice the last time I went there and I just think same cashiers don't listen good when taking orders. Just to be safe make sure you check your order/food when you receive it to make sure everything you order is correct.

I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of years already but it seems like that these couple of weeks I’ve been coming me and my family have been getting sick. We thought it was something else we have been eating but. Then we had it on Sunday the 11/6/2022 and ended up getting really sick besides 1 of our family members that didn’t have wing stop. Sorry to say this Wingstop but you guys need to get a health inspector on the chicken or sauce.
