They did not listen my sister called and said 10 chicken wings sepret they said they already boxed them up but we have to wait
Wingstop rarely disappoints. Great wings, always a good size compared to other places. The ranch is also great. Could be a tad thicker though. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good as well. Only the fries could use a little work. Get them well done for a better experience.
Could be a little more organized with their online orders ans walk ins.
But employees are great!
I'm only at Wingstop because my daughter likes it. I don't think it's fair and not just this Wing Stop how a walk in takes 30 minutes to order food. I don't understand why walks and on app orders can't be alternated.
When i get food from here its usually good but this last time its like they reused the chicken from a failed order, i ordered mango habanero chicken tenders and the sauce tasted normal but the tenders were red/orange and had an off taste as if they were Buffalo flavored. It tasted gross and lost my appetite.
We waited patiently. Got home my daughter wings were not seasoned. Called and the young okay WE SEASON ALL WINGS BEFORE BOXING. As husband again said well they are not that's why I am calling. The Young and said repeatedly said WE SEASON ALL WINGS BEFORE WE BOX THEM! The wings were not seasoned took them back and didn't even apologize. Just took the receipt and remade the wings and then throw the receipt in the trash. We ask for the receipt back because before we left the first time the young man asked for us the leave a review about there services! Well now they didn't want us too. They had to dig it out of the trash. San Fernando Location always seems to not have it together. Very disappointing as we try to support local businesses.
I pick up a order three sodas and they don't have cupholder, wath kind of business it's that
Waited over two hours for an online delivery order. No update the whole time just said order was submitted. Drove there, and they said it had been picked up. Website still said it hadn’t been made yet. Horrible service. Workers unhelpful
Probably the worst place to get takeout. The website will promise it'll be ready in about half an hour, but even if you show up 45 minutes later you should expect to wait another half hour.
Even after that, your wings are probably gonna be undercooked and your fries are gonna be soggy.
Not sure what it is but wings here doesn’t taste good as other Wing stop locations. Had it multiple time from here but always feels like it’s not done properly. It’s either flavor isn’t enough or too much. Wings have too much oil and fried too much. Never quite got it right.
Do not eat here I got the worst stomach ache the day after and had to puke, the restaurant when I picked up my order was dirty and sticky and not clean and the employees were completely disengaged.
You're order just sits on the shelf. Nothing to keep it hot or warm. 12/10/2022. The Staff just something else, What happened to customer service, Don't blame the driver. Go to the Mission Hills location. Service is very nice.
Online it says they close at 12 am. It wasn’t even 10 and they told me they were closed already.
Got told food was going to be done in 1 hour and ended up waiting an extra 15 min. Also smells like sewer and workers look super cramped in work area
I ordered a 30pc 10/10/10 flavor. One of the flavors was Garlic Parmesan
When I arrived home after a 20min drive it was obvious that there was no sauce or parmesan cheese on the 10 wings, and they were just regular unsauced wings.
I called the store and the Front of House employee informed me that he was sorry and that he could offer me a credit towards a new order or replace the 10 wings if I wanted to come back.
I asked him if he needed me to bring the whole order back, or if the kitchen ticket would help him. (Check# 900546). He informed me that none of that would be necessary and that my new 10pc would be in the fryer and I could come back to the store.
When I arrive, I show the front of house that I wasn't being deceiving and show him pictures of the order, since he told me that there would be no need to bring the whole original 30pc order back. He then went to his cooks and thought that I couldn't hear what he was saying but said that this customer has "snap chats" of his order, and began to laugh over my desmise. ALSO not to mention there was a lady in plain clothes and no uniform working the kitchen which seems VERY sketchy and unprofessional.
When handing me the food he informed me in a very condescending tone that normally the store would only honor a mistake if the whole order was brought back. I told him that over the phone I said this and asked him numerous times if this was an issue.
There is no reason to cop an attitude here, and the situation was resolved if it wasn't for a snarky comment.
Not to mention I paid for a large blue cheese ($4.50+) and was given 6 small blue cheeses.
6 Small blue cheeses DOES NOT equal the same volume as a large blue cheese, which is a rip off.
Ordered online and waiting time was 1 hour we waited at home still waited 36 mins for our order to come out.
Soda was flat and No ice.
This is very frustrating
Such a waist of time and Money.
Wont be back
