Wingstop, Roseville CA

Placed an order online for a future pickup (over an hour in advance). Got there a few minutes early from my pickup scheduled time, ended up waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Drove home and within 5 minutes of me getting home, I was called by the store to let me know they gave me the wrong order (my mistake for not checking). Had to drive back and return the incorrect one, and pickup mine. No discount or anything for the mistake.

My previous order to this one, I also had to wait 15-20 minutes longer than expected.

Ordered the boneless meal deal, the "large fries were smaller than any "regular" size fries I've received at any other location. The wings while technically were the correct amount, they were smaller than any wings I've ever received from any other Wingstop location. A few had no meat and was just the crust. I would not recommend this location at all. If you are really craving wings go somewhere else or drive further to another location. I live down the street and will never go to this location again.

The wings were nice size and good taste and loaded with BBQ sauce good and filling after 1 1/2 MRI

I placed an order 10 piece combo they said 20 minutes I got there in 10 minutes
Almost $21 for the combo
Only wings is $11 which means $10 extra for the fries and soda that’s a rip off.

Food was like warm including cold fries.

I complaint and got new fries then wings were also like warm and complaint to get new ones.

The ugly manager said your won’t get new ones because you’re already eating them I said replace the 4 left ones with new hot and he did but not friendly at all.

This place sucks I will not recommend it

I ordered garlic parm and BBQ. The garlic parmesan was flavorless and the BBQ sauce was only drizzled on the wings. What's going on with quality? Raise the prices, cut the quantity and quality. Lost my business forever.

Went tonight and got 30 wings, with ranch. Wonderful customer service from Trista and Jose. Victor the cook made the best wings, they were fresh and delicious.

Whoever the lady is that's at the counter is HORRIBLE! It took two trips before she'd give us our food that we'd already paid for, not to mention that she attempted to reroute me to sunrise and greenback saying that's probably where we ordered, NOT! Incompetent and RUDE. Please get a new counter person.

Worst customer service in world sent my girlfriend and 3 kids to pick up food would not give to them without my card.but she had the online order inn app with confirmation. I was not home from work yet but gave her permission to use card and now will not give refund. Just cold food that sat there for an hour that’s not right. It didn’t say on app anywhere to have card ready or I wouldn’t have sent her

I had ordered chicken tenders, fries and a coke to go. I get home and I had wings instead of tenders. I called them and asked if I could bring them back and pay the difference to get my tenders and they would not do it. Terrible customer service terrible, terrible terrible. I will never be going back there again.

Don’t provide a phone number if no one is going to answer the phone. I’ve been here several times and each time I called at least 10 times to place an order and no one answers the phone. I want to place my orders over the phone, not online. This is the last time I am going to get food here. This is ridiculously poor service.

I spent $67 for my sons birthday and got all the way home and they didn’t give us out fries.when I called the lady told me the manager would call me right back.never received a call. I understand it was just the “fries” but it’s my son’s favorite place and we drove all the way there and zero customer service. This is why I don’t support chain restaurants! The service is horrible!

These guys make the best Wingstop wings in the area and they are usually fast. If they're super busy, they will give you a realistic wait time for your food. I would recommend ordering/picking up in person because the food is much better when it hasn't been sitting in a delivery driver's thermal bag for 20+ minutes. Wings (and fries) are just better when eaten as fresh as possible. If you have to order delivery, maybe stick them in the oven/air fryer for 5 extra minutes to crisp them up a bit!

Dude that took my order got everything right thankfully. Can’t say the same for my friend when the cashier just got in a phone call with a buddy and got his whole order wrong.

Ordered chicken sandwich.um not sure if it's chicken. Tried eating it but had to stop half way through.couldn't bite through it anymore.

I don't know if it was luck or timing but this place was absolutely stellar from the service to the food I was blow away. The food was well prepared and well presented. Recommend the corn and the Cajun fries. Top shelf guys. A+
