Wingstop, Fresno CA

My son suggested we try Wingstop today. Not a fan of wings but I told him I would drive him and it would be a good respite from his weekly Friday pizza. The place was not bad, clean and just a bit impersonal not loud and full of tv monitores like another wing place my son likes. The food was a bit pricey- $19 for his wings, fries a drink and a brownie. The brownie bybthe esy was a square, about 2 inches for $2.99. I feel the meal was over priced but my son enjoyed it. This is a place he would like to go visit more often.

They’re about an hour behind on orders, and chitchatting and laughing in the back. No movement.

Order taker/cashier was very personable and friendly. Order took 30 minitesnbut it was hot and tasted good. Cajun corn was spicy and delicious. Has a sports atmosphere so if you like that, you'll like their cozy dinning room.

Unbelievably slow service. It took 30 minutes just for some wings and a chicken sandwich. Absolute insanity. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Prioritize dine-in customers before you do mobile orders!

I was not interested but my son wanted to go. Glad we went and I will go again. I didn't even get a plate I just had a few of my wife's and tried our sons selection as well. Lots of oil was the only complaint.

The food was great, but it took 30 minutes waiting, and we were dining in. All tables were open. Ya, not sure what was going on. But the food was awesome

I loved the food, it was amazing, and the staff was so friendly. Monica in particular was so nice and helpful!

Garbage. Never answer the phone take too long, and for the third time in a row they delivered me burnt wings with different flavor than requested don’t recommend at all

Took 40 minutes for 1 meal and 1 sad chicken sandwich. I don't get the hype but one of my kids likes the fries.

Super slow service employees very disrespectful cussing infront of guest will never return here again

The guys who is working in new times is very rude and even i waited for one hour, they even didn’t refund my money for order, i almost waiting for one hour and always they’re rude and they judge people by the skin of colour and they hate black and brown skin people.i don’t want to comments anymore on wingstop bcz its one of my favourite destination. But, people working there is very rude and racist

It’s one of my worst experience in my life.the guys working here in tonight is very rude and racist. I even waiting for more than 2 hours, even it’s not busy.the dudes working there in tonight is very rude and even don’t know how to even talk with customers and I think wing stops take some appropriate steps to maintain it’s good staffing.

Dining area clean, service was great. I enjoyed the food. I got voodoo fries

Placed a pick up order and was given an hour wait time, upon arrival I was told I had to wait an additional 10 minutes, once the 10 minutes was up I was then given another customers order, in the end I waited close to two hours, every single employee seemed high.

I placed on online order. It said it would be ready 33-38 minutes. After 35 minutes I had over there. Once I get there, I was informed my order was not received but they were going to work on it right away. After waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes, I get my order finally. When I get home, my fries are undercooked, my chicken is hard and barely had any sauce. It was horrible and definitely not worth the over hour wait for them!

The food was fairly priced and so tasty! The service was okay. Maybe they were tired, it was almost closing time. Either way it wouldn't stop me from ordering here again!

Got a chicken sandwich couldnt eat it due to the fact it was super chewy and felt undercooked only issue.

6pm on 6.4.23 shift was rude 1st EE taking phone orders was telling customers to use app to order and gave the look of not wanting to be at work rolling her eyes. Then the lady who gave my order didn't know how to read my receipt and was telling me my order was wrong. I've been here before 1yr ago or so and haven't been back since due to poor service. This just reminds me never to order from this location again.

Messed my order up a few times now but always great service. They do always offer to fix it is the plus side, down side is I live to far to comeback after picking food up at 10-11 o'clock.
