Blown away by these wings.super crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.the sauce is a bit on the sweeter side for me, but pairs great with some chili sauce on the side.

Business Location does tailor your service. And this location needs some help. You'll either get your order wrong or get your order wrong, because there is not much you can do to mess up here. I ask for extra wet, I get some dry wings. I ask for regular fries with regular seasoning, they give me all the pieces that are burnt or have more skin that anything. Super greasey but if you're okay with that, then ok. You never get napkins, ever. Bathroom is out of service, so can't even wash your hands.

Every time I call, it’s either busy or rings forever. That’s just personally. I’m waiting now for a DoorDash delivery. I’ve been here 15 minutes. They’re making us wait outside because of Coronavirus but the club is playing really loud music so you can’t hear them call you and everyone just rushes in when a new bag comes out of the back.

There has been a change in staff and after my last visit, I don't plan to return to this location. I'm not sure if staff is being directed by management to skim on the sauce or they don't know how to prepare chicken wings. My last three visits, not all of the chicken was coated with sauce. This last visit I had to ask for extra sauce on the side. There was also chicken pieces that should have been discarded (the chicken didn't look like a wing, it looked more deformed) instead of serving to customer. The staff is not friendly at all, I'm not sure if they are comfortable working with the type of customers that frequent the location.

You'd be lying if you didn't admit that the fried chicken at Wingstop is one of the best. It has honestly been a decade since my last visit here and I almost forgot what made this place so special. When my best friend was visiting from out of town, she had San Tung on her to-do list, so we made our way here on a Saturday morning.

Staff were great and dealt with our large crowd well, but the wings were all oversauced and burnt. A big letdown overall

Every Tuesday they have a deal. 60 cent wings. I never knew. Minum 5 wings. It's so good. Go and buy some. Wish I took a picture if them: (

We ordered 6 meals for our family. 5 of the meals were suppose to be Lemon Pepper but none of the wings had seasoning on them. We were giving just plain tasteless chicken. The 6th order was BBQ boneless chicken and there was only a splash of sauce on the food. This place used to be really good and was one of my go to food places. Now I’ll most likely never return here. The food and service has definitely gone downhill. I am very disappointed.

The wings were great, and the service was friendly. I went in before it got busy, & they were already almost out of paper towels (used there instead of napkins). They also need to bus the tables a little more often, even though the usual crowd mostly calls and picks up. Will def do that in future for an A+ experience!

Went to two different locations last week. First visit I orderex 1/2 & 1/2 10 piece, original hot & lemon pepper. 20 miutes later got home & saw I had 10 pieces of iriginal hot with lemon pepper seasoning. Couldnt eat, $20 gone. Next asked for same thing, different location, extra crispy, low salt. I could barely eat anything due to how salty. We even tried to wipe salt off. Another $20+ gone. I'm done with Wingstop.

Went there many many times before on la tijera & centinella.spent $60.00 on the 50 piece bone in chicken wings, asked to cook them done.a lil crispy.when I went to get them & took them home to the family they were crispy alright.mote like burnt all 50 wings.tried to eat some with family couldn't even get through 10 pieces between 5 people.called back to complain about the order they said bring it back we will refund money.brought back food & they didn't give us anything but a hard time about food.said the fries were half ate & missing 10 pieces of burnt chicken. I Will never ever eat at this establishment again.happy to take your money but when something is wrong they are assholes about fixing the problem.joking around in the back using fowl language around children.what happened to good old customer service? I guess at this particular WING STOP the forgot who pays their salaries. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

Took 40 mins to get my order from the time I ordered it online. I think they forgot about my order. The wings were overdone big time, some of them were almost not edible. I love Wingstop, but this location is the worst. I will go to the Hawthorne one from now on.

What I experienced at the Wingstop tonight was customer service that was so bad it was (¥¥~=€!) Terrible! I'll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Slowwwwwwww service. Ordered over the phone an hour before showing up and STILL had to wait 45 minutes for our wings. When we asked why the wings were not ready they said it was because they don't start them until you show up and pay. WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF ORDERING AHEAD OF TIME. Slowest service I've ever had. Ever!

We used the app to order ahead because the line is too long. The app status is all BS cuz it doesn't actually have feedback from the restaurant. So I get there and the order isn't ready. Then about 15min later I get my order and it's the wrong thing (after I got home), so then my girlfriend goes back to have them fix it and then they get the order wrong AGAIN! Who the hell gets the order wrong twice.

I ordered 10 lemon pepper boneless, fries and a drink I got 15 barbecued boneless. I was very disappointed and did not take it back I only ate the fries and the drink. How do you not get it right.

I give them 3 stars because it was just OK.love the music! I danced from entry to exit the banana pudding was the best I've had being on the west coast (there weren't any bananas in it tho) customer service was amazing the neighborhood is atrocious! I was afraid to leave my car.

Orders are never ready even if you call ahead of time, although the Quality of the food is consistent.

I dont care what day or time it is, this location is extremely slow when it comes to getting your order ready. They tell you 20 mins for food to be ready and it will take 30-40 for just a 6 piece combo.
