Wingstop, Salinas CA

My food was cold after picking it up on time. Half of my food was missing and I called them on the phone to let them know and the manager kept insisting all my food was there. I will revisit but not in Creekbridge

They are very clean and organized. The service is great, especially with all these delivery orders going out now. The workers always triple check mine without even asking. The cashiers here are much better than the ones at the other wingstops I've been too.

I have been to this same shop many times in the past, often weekly or more during spring and summertime.this was a big disappointment.sauces were scanty, wings almost cold when I got home (never an experience in the past), online order seemed less than intuitive, and even when I clicked the final order button I was not so sure of what I had ordered.wings were well over cooked, dry, needed help from water/pop just to get them down.lots of hard, rocky portions, either bone pieces or skin cooked to rock, hard to tell. Sadly this was only slightly better than my experience with another WS shop in driving distance for me from last week, where almost half the pieces had broken bones and lots of little bone chips. Worse, at that shop the servers were surely, rude, almost confrontational. I understand the covid19 adjustments may not be their preference either, but it seems that should be even more reason to appreciate those customers who continue to try to patronize their shops. I cannot, right now, think of a good reason to return, to either shop.

Louisiana rub is my happy place. Ppl may complain about the 20 min wait, but at least you know your order is made fresh!

The food is good had a good day with my daughters and my grandkids but the young guy there was really rude.cant have him there a personality like doesnt work for such a good place.no bueno

Came back, didn't have to wait, it was open too (I have terrible luck it's usually closed). Wings were amazing, really amazing, and I tortured myself by trying out the ghost pepper. It hurt so good.so good.

Food: the boneless chicken pieces can tend to be dry if they aren’t covered in sauce. The fries are a generous portion. Overall the food is above average. The service can be improved. I wish they would add noise insulation because it’s extremely loud when busy.

Did get my order right and took too long was told 28 minutes took 40 minutes, and didn't have the sides I wanted and fries were greasy

Very bad customer service I just called to see to check the hours and the person That pick up the phone was very rude to me and left me on hold for a very long time

Wings are good but I wouldn’t say the best I’ve ever had. Wait times tend to be long. Last couple of times I went, I waited anywhere from 30 mins to a hour.
