I showed up 30 minutes before closing, Joel greeted us at the door, I told him I’m looking for a very specific deal on an Ioniq 6. We went over to his desk, he was gracious enough to provide coloring books for my children to use while we were doing the process, I presented him what I’m looking for and he took it to his manager Michael who was also very kind and friendly, he worked very hard to make the deal happen and we agreed on the terms. It was refreshing to see that there was no first pencil, second pencil and no back and forth, just very good communication. While doing the initial paperwork Joel was kind enough once again to entertain my children and allow us to focus on paperwork. Then we met Sal, the finance manager. Very down to earth and honest, presented me with possible protection plans and allowed me to make an informed decision with no pressure. We were in and out of there in about one hour and I was on my way with the car. If I could sum this experience up I would say that Joel, Michael and Sal are a pleasure to work with, Joel is also very knowledgeable about the products and he also helped us set up the Hyundai app and Electrify America app. Again, very refreshing to see a dealer smash stereotypes and provide a truly stress free buying experience. Will come back

We stopped in as we were car shopping and had a great purchasing experience. We had already been to various places over a few weeks as we were not looking for a specific make or model but something that would fit our uses and our budget while also understanding that the vehicle we purchased would be with us for a long time. We met Joel who was relaxed and no pressure while we looked at and drove multiple vehicles over multiple days. Joel was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and really helped us work through all of our questions. Obviously we also had alot of pricing and financing concerns for which they were happy to run a number of options on different vehicles with different parameters all while not pushing us. We purchased a vehicle that we really like for a price that we were very happy with and a long term warranty for some extra peace of mind. As stated at the top, great purchase experience.

This is a much overdue review but I had a fantastic experience at Winn Hyundai SM. Huge shoutout to the rockstar that helped me Adrian Sagrero. I had made an inventory inquiry because I was looking for specific Limited trim availability and Adrian kept me in the loop when one showed up. He helped get my trade in squared away quick and easy, took me on a test drive in the new car to make sure it’s what I wanted before getting started on signatures etc.because he understood my concerns about other models, and was very respectful and upfront with me throughout the entire process. I was over the moon excited about my first new vehicle and it seemed like he was actually happy for me too and I appreciated that.
All the staff I interacted with at Winn SM were a total pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them. 5 star service from a 5 star team.

I purchased my Santa Fe in 2018 from winn. About a month ago I had some engine trouble which resulted in needing to replace the engine in my car. Frank and the service team were so helpful. I cannot think them enough for doing their best to work within my budget and communicating with me every step of the way, they have earned a lifelong customer.

I was provided outstanding service in the purchase of a Hyundai Tucson plug-in hybrid. Winn's management and sales team work together like a well oil machine. They were knowledgeable and attentive which made for a less stressful buying experience.

This firm is handling a cooked engine that resulted from Kearney Mesa Hyundai in San Diego neglecting to correctly install the crankcase drain plug.
So far, Winn has done everything right and they have been great to deal with.
