I was extremely pleased with my transaction with Tyler Winn. Everything happened as promised and when it was planned to happen. The transaction closed on the day promised. The price paid for the property was very fair. Highly recommended.

Sometimes life doesn’t go as expected, and you have to make unexpected changes.

Winn-Winn Homebuyers came to the rescue, promised, and delivered an amazing outcome for me and my family.

I knew I wanted to deal with cash buyers in selling my home. Winn-Winn Homebuyers was the first company that I contacted. Kyle explained the process over the phone and met w me the next day. Once I met with Kyle, I knew I could trust his company, and I was extremely satisfied with his offer.

In fact, Winn-Winn Homebuyers paid all of the closing costs, allowed me to pick the closing date of my choice, and advanced funds to us, so that our moving transition would be as smooth as possible.

Additionally, Winn-Winn Homebuyers allowed us to leave unwanted furniture items behind so we didn’t have to make arrangements to take them with us.

My experience with Winn-Winn Homebuyers was the best and simplest thing I’ve ever been through.

I definitely recommend working with Winn-Winn Homebuyers.

I had found Landon through an advertisement for distressed house sales. This was not going to be an easy sale. There were several title issues, death of one of the people on title, non-agreeable family members, a judgement against the property to work out, and a tenant in the property that was less than agreeable. This had been a process we’ve been trying to deal with for the past 5+ years.
Previous realtors I had spoken with didn’t want to touch it. Attorneys wanted tens of thousands of dollars to try and dissect it and even then, couldn’t guarantee an outcome. I warned Landon about the multiple issues and he said, lets give it a try. I had answers to many of the “issues, ” but convincing title and escrow companies to see it my way would be difficult. Landon conferred with his companies and attorneys and felt confident enough to cover any upfront costs associated with the issues.
And one-by-one the issues came up and he took care of each one. Some involved negotiation with third parties, others involved convincing the title company that it wasn’t something to be worried about. The process took about three months, no fault of Landon, it just took time to chip away at everything. Multiple times issues popped up that seemed like something that we couldn’t get past. Each time I gave Landon the opportunity to call it quits. But he kept chugging along.
Then we finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel, and we hit another road-block. The tenant wouldn’t leave even though their lease was over. They were determined to kill this deal. Landon did some negotiating, and even a little brute force, and that situation was remedied. Personally, I never thought the tenant would be one of the most difficult parts.
And in the end, we succeeded. Something I thought would never occur. The deal was something that everyone was satisfied with. Multiple times Landon went back to “crunch the numbers” to find a bit of extra $$ to cover some unexpected cost, fee, or even the cost in the delay in closing. In the end, we were able to achieve something that I thought was never possible.
I asked Landon if he ever had a sale as difficult as this, and he admitted that this was the toughest. With that, I say if you have a difficult issue, give Landon a try. His contracts were simple, but his perseverance was unwavering. He definitely went way above and beyond. If you feel stuck, definitely give him a call! You may be as surprised as I was.
