Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone is so sweet and my dress is perfect thanks to them!

I had the best experience at Winsome Brides. Christina and her team are so kind and supportive. They offer very generous 2-hour private appointments for dress fittings so you don't feel rushed at all and feel like it's truly all about you. They have a beautiful collection for all budget ranges. While I didn't find anything for me from their collection, I had the best time with Brooke and love that they give beautiful dresses a second life through their consignment model. I ended up finding a dress somewhere else and brought it back to Winsome for alterations because I loved working with them so much. I brought my dress in with only 3 weeks until my wedding day, which is much less time than most places will require for alterations, but Christina took me in and did not make me feel bad about it all. I would highly recommend Winsome Brides!

Overall I’m satisfied with the alterations made. The service was ok. I didn’t work with the same staff each time which led to miscommunications about what had been worked on. They said it would be done in one alteration period of a few weeks and it took 3 total fittings after the initial consult to be completed.

The main issues were that I was not updated about additional charges as the appointments progressed. Things like the bustle were kind of added on as additional work but if I knew the cost I would’ve said no. To make the dress fit, the zipper had to be changed to a corset. Unfortunately there was not adequate communication on this and it led to working on the back three times to get it right, but maybe the work and cost would’ve been less with more clear consults. The appearance of the corset was not clearly explained when we first consulted, and the second appointment we saw that the half zipper/half corset just didn’t look right, but they could’ve called or text with pictures and asked along the way instead of me showing up a total of three appointments post consult and needing to change things each time. The first fitting after the consult, half the work wasn’t done that was discussed and the gal who worked with me wasn’t the one who did the alterations or consulted with me in the first place.

I am happy with my dress. I just felt the communication was seriously lacking and frustrating. I didn’t get a price update til the second to last appointment when it was one more thing to be altered (that was supposed to be done at the third appointment) and we were stunned. Quoted $150 in the beginning. Thought maybe it went up to $250 but wasn’t told anything, then we’re hit with a $600 bill. We explained our shock and told them that there should really be more updates as we go because we would not have done some of the things if we knew the cost- like the bustle. The response was “Oh we normally do that with our brides. Sorry. Thanks for that feedback”

Cute shop, I think they do quality work, it’s just a bit all over the place and kind of frustrating.

See pictures for the work they did (I’m very happy with it!) and the corset for context. I have pictures from the first time I tried it on and the back didn’t zip, shoulders didn’t fit well, there were rusted dangling beads, the bustle wasn’t functional and the neckline was deeper. The back went from zipper, to half corset half zipper, all corset with big loops and small ribbon, to a nice wide ribbon with a satin panel in the back.

I had the most amazing experience with winsome bridal shop. Chris and Becca helped me find the perfect gown and turn it into my dream dress! I can’t express my gratitude enough for how much they went out of their way to help me. I genuinely looked forward to every one of my appointments as they made it so fun and it took some of the stress out of wedding planning. The alterations went so smoothly and they made all my dreams come true! Thank you so much Chris and Becca, I can’t thank you guys enough

I had a wonderful experience at Winsome Brides! I actually had bought my dress online from another retailer and came to Winsome for alterations. As a busy mom of two young boys my time was limited! Also, as a second time bride I wanted to go with a different color than the traditional whites or off-white. However, if I had been looking for something more traditional I definitely would’ve been shopping at Winsome as their shop has some stunning pieces and a warm and romantic vibe that felt just my style. Bekah was so attentive and made me feel just as important as any other customer. Even on my second fitting when I felt that it just wasn’t quite right yet, she assured me that it was no problem to make a couple more alterations and that it would be ready in plenty of time. I am so grateful they were there for me and made me feel just as special as a first time bride! Thank you so much!

This place is amazing. I had bought a dress prior and ending up hating it. I went into Winsome in a panic / tears and the owner was so sweet.she helped me find a new dress that I loved and helped me sell my old one. The alterations were quick and very affordable.overall cannot recommend this place enough

These ladies were LITERALLY the highlight of my wedding planning process. I went in with a set budget and a vision; not only did they meet both, but they were also exceedingly kind, gracious, and thoughtful during the entire process. The dress initially did not fit me right, but they transformed it head to toe into my absolute dream dress, including adding additional details, providing me with thoughts and ideas for alterations, and even making sure I had the right bust-boosting bra! I cannot speak highly enough of them. I tried on a lot of dresses during my journey, but this was the only place I cried happy tears in. It felt like home and like a luxury place all at the same time. I will recommend this place to every person I will ever meet who’s getting married!

Christina, Yilena, and Brooke are complete professionals! They have a beautiful selection of wedding dresses and I found my wedding dress within a hour. From the start, they’ve all been so helpful on making sure my wedding dress was perfect for my wedding day! I was so happy with my decision and they ensured that everything was perfect for the big day! 10/10 totally recommend!

I was so excited when I first found Winsome online and my appointment exceeded all of my expectations. Their curated inventory (at a wide range of price points!) and uplifting atmosphere made for such a fun and memorable experience. It was only my second time trying on wedding dresses, but I found *the one*! I don’t think it would have happened without Brooke’s support and positivity. Her expertise, thoughtful guidance, and patience helped me make my final decision easily and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I look forward to returning to them for alterations closer to my wedding date!

Wow! Winsome brides was exceptional! I had been to a few other bridal shops, and this one was by far the best. Brooke was my stylist and she was outstanding! She was so kind and encouraging, and she helped my find my perfect dress.

If you're considering making an appointment, you should! They have plenty of sizes and current styles, and their prices are very affordable. I picked up a gorgeous ball gown for $1,200. Thank you, Winsome Brides!

After reading the online reviews, I decided to make an appointment at Windome Brides. It was a great experience.

I was greeted by Christina and she was wonderful! I told her a bit about myself and what I was looking for and she had me point out any dress that I had the slightest interest in because of course, dresses look different on the rack than on a body.
Christina was happy to take pictures for me in the dresses that I liked and even helped me when I called my sister via FaceTime (she lives a couple of hours away and couldn’t be with me in person) to show her two of my favorite picks.

Although there was absolutely zero pressure to buy anything, I did say YES to a dress today and I can’t stop looking at the photos Christina took of me in my dress. I can’t wait until my wedding draws nearer to start the alterations process!

To those who previously had written reviews, you weren’t wrong. Windome Brides is fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone.

I had the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE at Winsome Brides!
I had one other appointment before this one at David's Bridal and it was not a great one. I came into this appointment worried it would be the same and I would just want to get the whole thing over with. I knew from the SECOND I walked into Winsome Brides it was going to be a great experience. They had my name on the board welcoming me in. They block off the appointment time just for the bride and her gals. You can try on as many dresses as you want, ask all the questions, and they provide you with all the answers. Christina (the owner) was SO knowledgeable. I felt very confident that she would know exactly what to do to make whatever dress I choose feel like the perfect one for me. They do their own alterations as well. One stop shop. Reasonable pricing and just an overall amazing experience. I found my dress and we are in communication now to do a few alterations to make it the perfect fit for me. 10/10 would recommend this bridal shop. Also, it's off the rack which is amazing since my wedding is 3 months away! And we could have champagne to celebrate the day during the process, yes please!

Christina is the absolute BEST seamstress - my dress fit perfectly! But she is also such a kind and wonderful person. I enjoyed working with her and getting to know her. She takes a personal interest in your life and your wedding and sincerely wants it to be the best day for you. I feel like she has become a friend and I highly recommend her shop and her services!

Winsome is amazing! I was sure my dress was not going to fit, but it did! With all my doubt they could have easily taken advantage and sold me on alterations, but they were so fabulous and I left with only paying for the bussle, which was very reasonably priced. As if that was not enough, they turned around a bridesmaid disaster within a day! My soon to be sister in law flew across country to find her dress was taken in too much. Winsome got her in 2 days before my wedding, and had it perfect for her the next day in the am! Amazing! Can't say enough good things!

Wonderful family owned shop! My daughter had alterations done to her prom dress. Fantastic service and altering. I highly recommend!
