Bill at Verizon Main Street is knowledgeable and personable, and sorted out our issues with AT&T. I recommend this store.

I have run into a couple of glitches since I left. My phone is not synced to my car and iwjen I tried to turn off my home alarm system it would not respond without passwords that I don’t think I have.

This is a small verizon store. The 2 employees there are always extremely helpful. If I have a problem with my phone or a question they try to resolve the problem. They are also courteous.

One person covering the whole store. Might want to evaluate this business model being one of the most expensive carriers.

Amazing customer service! I was helped by the Assistant Manager - I came in with a fully broken iPhone and he was extremely patient and got the job done! He got my new phone up and running very quickly and it was overall a very good experience especially in the circumstances (broken phone + COVID times). Thank you!

Verizon left one man alone in the store as another one called in that day. He had to take a break so the store was closed for a half hour at 2: 30. He was very nice and helpful when I returned. Unfortunately Verizon didn’t activate my new phone when I got home and transferred all the information. Very disappointing.
