These ppl are a joke and will give false information run before u try them

Poorly operated. Had to pay an application fee and had my credit ran before I ever was contacted to view the property. After more than a week, I called and they didn't know the status. Well, I couldn't wait to find a home to live in, so I secured a house elsewhere in just a few days. I asked for a refund of the $40 fee and they said sorry, they already processed the application. Wait a second, didn't you just tell me you don't know the status?
Thank you Drysdale, even though I didn't rent through you, it was done right and they didn't run my credit before viewing the home and refunded my $40 fee. Giving you 5 stars, because you also had a agent contact me the same day as my application.

The company serves our needs well as being a rental mangement company as we hoped for. I have no complaints and I am happy to have found one so professional. If there is a problem, we discuss it with Louise and we always come to a solution. Thank you Louise and I am very glad we chose your rental mangement company for our rental home.

They respond to renters request in a timely manner. They collect rent and deposit in a very timely manner.
They complete inspections of the property annually and when requested.

Management is just wonderful and always helpful. I have rent from them for years now and not single problem with the employees or the company. I would recommend them for renting and/or for listing your property for rent through them.

My husband and I are very happy with Wisdome Property Management. We don't have to worry anymore about collecting the rent, or checking on our property for any kind of repairs. Glad we hired them. Great Management.
