Having to wait an additional 30 minutes after your due appoint.time, when you're asked to come in 20minutes before your appoint.is unacceptable.waited a total of 1 hour in waiting room and in the back room.girls were very nice but the waiting time was unacceptable.

First-time patient. Walked in and room was full, but AMAZINGLY watched the room empty within five mins. I've never seen anything like it!
The staff was pleasant, very efficient and professional. BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had within the medical field!

When I arrived at your front desk a young woman was staring at her computer screen leaning on her hand and clicking away. She did not acknowledge me. I stood there for quite a while before she looked up and then said she would be right with me. I still waited a bit before she handed me a paper to sign. The young woman who performed the mammogram was quick, efficient and polite. I very much appreciated her, but you need to work with the front desk woman about how to respond to an arriving patient. I know you are behind thanks to Covid but good manners help.

Everything was very efficient, the wait times were better than average, and the staff was affable and helpful. Very professional medical experience.

I have best experience my first time every one so nice and friendly they work hard and also on time I love it thank you for your great work.

The location is really hard to find but the wish Fresno breast Center is a nice clean facility. The office staff and technicians were nice and competent. I would recommend this facility. I just wish it was easier to locate

Great experience. Fast, efficient, friendly. The young lady who took me back was especially helpful. I needed help getting a firm filled out for American Fidelity and she was right on it. An otherwise not great activity was made acceptable by the fine staff!

I enjoyed doing my mammogram. The technician was very nice and explained everything step by step. The girls in the front were very welcoming. I recommend this place very highly.

The building is hard to locate and it was confusingly hard to park. The receptionist was barely friendly, but the wait time was good and the Tech, Edith, was delightful and gave a full description of the procedure and what she was doing. Overall, it was an okay experience but I have had better experiences at other local Imaging Centers.

Very experienced, cheerful and friendly staff. They are professional and thorough but the wait time for the appointment was longer than expected.

I had to wait over an hour before they took me back to get my annual mammogram. It has never taken more than 20 minutes in total.
The technician was good! She seemed very tired though.

I DID HAVE TROUBLE FINDING THE PLACE. BUT Everything was GREAT.staff if friendly and professional. The technician Barbara was great she made my experience a very good one.

I was disappointed about today's appointment. It was too long a wait time for bone density scan (5 other patients very angry about the wait time other than myself).

My first time ever getting a mammogram. I was nervous and a little embarrassed to be honest. The staff is very friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

The staff here at Wish are very friendly and polite and courteous. They make you feel comfortable all the years I have been coming for my annual.

Unfortunately I had to wait 2 hours before I could receive my bone density test. I did have the mammogram during this wait time. You guys were very busy with patients.

Referred here by a friend. It was the best mammogram experience I've had, from scheduling to the tech. The whole experience was pleasant enough to not dread next year's. Thanks ladies!

It was good, but the wait was a little long. I know things happen and sometimes you have to go with the flow. All the receptionist were very helpful and kind. My technician that did my mamo was very thorough and kind.
