Lady gave me the wrong size. When I told her she put up the small cup and put it in a large cup right in front of me. Cup is half empty. Rip-off for sure. Stay away from this place!

The thing I love the most about this place is the philosophy of serving their community. Not only do they provide a pretty wide variety of healthy produce and grains in an area that has been called a "food desert. " They also provide an attractive, clean, safe place for people to study, hang out, share a snack or meal with friends or family. The staff attitudes are great. The food is not only tasty and healthy, but very reasonably priced. Yeah, it's a sketchy neighborhood, so this place is like an oasis, a pool of light. Support it!

Coffee drinks are all excellent and made with high quality ingredients and knowledgeable baristas. There’s a grocery/market with organic and healthy options as well as the cafe, which also serves food and baked items. Plenty of tables and chairs both inside and out.

Welcoming space to get a coffee, some food and do some work. Wide open space. My son, had a soccer game across the street and stopped in to get a breakfast burrito, tuna melt and coffee. A bit pricey with burrito at $10.50 but it tasted great. Clean restroom and friendly staff as well.

I haven't been on the place yet, but I ordered from uber eats, and omg I love it. Was super tasty, great portions and actually I had an issue cause one of the items I ordered was out of stock so one of the guys call me to apologize and give me some options to replace it, he was so gentle. And the peanut smoothie and the horchata espresso were boom! Definitely gonna order again

Very good service, always get my food out quick, and Andrew is always willing to answer any questions I may have. Employees are also very friendly and the food/drinks are always good.

I work in the area and this was my experience. I accidentally ordered from the Vermont location, not seeing that the Santee/12th location did not show up in my search - I arrived to the Santee location and the staff was happy to accommodate my last minute order. The salad was incredible, and fresh. Also had the Horchata iced latte this morning and their chocolate chip cookie is a must. 10/10 staff 1000/10 coffee. Gained a regular.

Wow! Hidden gem. Definitely a must stop by. Workspace upstairs and Mini market, Coffee underneath. Beautiful layout.have driven past this place many times.

My sister had a very bad experience there. Seating was charged at 25 an hour in the second floor and in the bottom floor was timed. The food is better at urth caffe and also the service

I come to With Love every time I'm getting my car serviced down the road and it always provides a cozy, comfy environment to relax, read, or get some work done. Prices are good, coffee's good, and the staff is always pleasant. Truly one of my favorite spots in LA.

The best. A great space to study and/or do work! They even have a printer on-site. Great coffee and smoothies too! Will be coming here much more often.

If you want to find a place with nice ambience, need to relax after busy day definite this place caters, the pastries are so yummy, the owner Jason is so cheerful and would advice you which tea or drinks that suits your mood. I definitely recommend this place. Me and my husband consider this place as hangout place for us
