Service is good until they make a mistake, then you are at their mercy to rectify. Maybe there should be term limits for trash pick up/waste disposal to ensure good service and accountability.

This company is a class act. If you looking for good service this is the place. It's easy and convenient to schedule pickups and the customer service has great ideas on how to dispose of large amounts of trash that can save you money and time.

The trash pickup is regular. However, WM only provides one type of pickup: trash. They do not provide either green waste or recycling service to my address. And their recent huge rate increase is probably illegal under their county contract. Also, for some reason they indicate that I utilize their services in Corona, CA, which is not even in the same county I live in and need service in. This is not the first time WM has illegally increased our rates in excess of 25% and in excess of what is allowed under their contract with the County of Orange.
One more thing: their large item pickup service, which their customers pay for, is poorly managed and they never, NEVER pick up when they say they will. This is an ongoing problem that has existed for years. WM claims they "can't find employees to perform that service" yet we all pay for it every billing period. How about offering pay commensurate with their work? Increase the pay of the large item pickup personnel by the same 25% you have recently increased my rates and I guarantee you that you will have workers willing and eager to perform this task.

My driver for the Green barrel is among the rudest and laziest human beings I've ever met. He should not be working with a company such as W. M. If you don't want to do the job you have step aside and make way for someone that will actually do the job. He should be happy to have a job and quit finding ways to get out of doing it. What a WASTE of a person

We only use WM because the city contracts with them. They are horrible and hard to deal with. Repeatedly missed service & reschedule to empty missed cans is hit & miss at best. I'd give zero stars if I could

Great service that goes undervalued. Drivers are professional and helpful. Consistency is key. Can always count on trash pick up. Highly recommend.

Just spent 30 minutes trying to talk to an actual person. Their phone system doesn't let you talk to an actual person. After spending 30 minutes and calling in about 10 times their system just hangs up on you. Poor customer service.

My trash is picked up on a regular basis and if there is a change due to holidays I always get a voice or text message

WM is highly inconsistent with trash pickup and terrible at customer service. Drivers will occasionally refuse pickup - just drive by. Have tried to work with them but they literally laugh you off the line because they know they have a locked in contract. I wish the city of Corona would publicly consider other options who could do better for the same cost or less.

It was super easy to call in and schedule pick up of large bull items. Waste management is very professional and efficient.

Great customer service when I ordered bulky item pickup or trash bin for a construction project

Did not pick up all containers on scheduled day, and when confronted, the organization tried to place the blame on me. When I pay for a service, I expect the service to be completed, which it was not. The customer service is non existent, and I am very disappointed with what I feel I am being overcharged for. I guess that is what we should expect when there is only one option for trash disposal. Truly disappointed in all aspects of my interactions with this organization.

I recently moved to a new neighborhood which this company services for weekly trash pick up. They are horrible to deal with & not reliable as far as when they say they will come out to pick up something scheduled or drop off a new can. It took 3 weeks for stuff to get picked up after already being "scheduled" twice before. I hate that there are no other options here.

I have a old sofa and coach. I call WM and schedule a pick up. They came on time as plan and pick my old stuff away. Keep area clean after picked things up. Good service! A+
