17Online chat representative was friendly and helpful. Just took a few minutes get my questions answered and bulk item pick up scheduled.
Easy to set up bulk pickup online. We broke down the recliner couch before transferring it to the curb because we weren’t aware that it was so heavy. The driver that showed up was very nice and helpful. I just felt bad for how many pieces he had to place in the truck. I thought there would have been two guys unless there was another guy in the driver side of the truck.
WM provides excellent service and great explanation and email reminders on holiday pickups
I love the fact that WM communicates with us regarding change in pickup schedules due to upcoming holidays.
We appreciate the follow up to pick up the waste, but this is two weeks in a row where it was left and we have to call to arrange pick up.
-update -they missed again and didn’t pick up until a week later.
Placed a bulk item pick-up for 3 items and they only picked up 2. Corporate contacted me and arranged for the item to be picked up plus one more item. Thanks Bre and WM
Forget the Post Office. This place is the model of consistency. And they wave to me when I’m outside
Pickup is pretty consistent and the people working there seem to try to make things better.
I recently had the opportunity to call Waste Management regarding a missed “yard waste” pick-up and to my amazement was able to reach and talk to an actual person! …a rarity these days. Anyway, I was lucky enough to be able to talk to a young lady by the name of Quinn Lodge who was above and beyond personable, professional and helpful. She explained a new routing schedule that had caused some hiccups in Waste Management’s normally stellar service (my words, not hers) and assured me that the issue would be taken care of within a day or two…. And sure enough it was. Please thank Quinn for me, from my brief experience and encounter with her, as an employee she seems to be an asset to your company.
I have not had any issue with WM. They were timely with the large item pick up and with normal trash pick up days. I also like, I have not seen any mess left after their pick up.
About 2 months ago my masonry mail box was damaged by the WM roll out service. I was contacted by WM saying that insurance would repay me, but the man in charge of that is no longer returning my calls and his “mailbox is full”. I have since paid $520 for the repair myself with no input from WM and no way to contact them.
Regular weekly pickup is consistent and we are given notice when a change is necessary due to holiday, etc. Special pickup is always easy to schedule and they are punctual as well.
I have been a long time customer of WM. I am still waiting for my "new" trash pails. At the same time, in the recent months more than ever, trash is being left inside of my barrel (s). I'm not sure if this is a coincidence, or the oversight is lacking.
This is the second week in a row that trash was NOT picked up as scheduled by WM. WM changed our area's pick up for Green, Recycle and Trash on Aug 2nd from Thursdays to Tuesday. So far Green and Recycle have been picked up w/o issues but for some reason the driver doesn't return for trash. This is the 2nd week in a row and i've called to complain each missed week. This is especially annoying for the neighbors in my culdersac as we all take the bins out Monday night only to find ourselves bringing our trash to the street each day until the mis pick up is resolved. The first week it was resolved on a thursday so for 4 days we all had to take our trash out to the street which is a major inconvenience.we can't bring the trash bins back inside our property because we have no idea when the driver will actually return from the mis pick up from Tuesday. Please fix this, WM is the one who decided to change the schedule!
The drivers are friendly & professional and the scheudle is very consistent. When I have called C/S I have been treated with courtesy and my questions addressed.
Our driver is on time, professional and considerate of all the surroundings. A great asset to the company!
Good waste collection, processing and recycling company. The only issue I noticed in the 20+ years of their services was the recent service day change notifications which were not correct with the start date in the email received but the SMS communication was correct for that change. Overall, that change of service start date communication was not consistent and the email communication to customer contained incorrect information.
