The area at my home is always left clean after the trash has been picked up with the lids closed.

I had to call twice to have my yard barrell picked up. The pictured emailed to me showed why the barrell was not picked up due to the yard barrell to full, this picture was my neighbors barrel, was NOT my address or yard barrel. My yard Barrell was not picked up for 2 weeks after 2 calls to take care of the problem.

The worst trash company! The driver is so lazy.he wants all the cars cleared out. It’s in a shopping center you are going to have to get out of your truck to get the trash bin! The driver had guts to tell me that I should take a Uber if I don’t know how to park my car or my car is clearly parked out of his way and all he has to do is get his butt out of his truck and pull the big dumpster container out and put it on his forks to lift it and dump it but he doesn’t want to do that. He expects to drive his truck right to the dumpster area you can’t do And then leaves the dumpster in the middle of the parking lot

WM, are the best service, clean trucks, safe drivers, no issues with pickup, I with Republic Service they are the worst company, I'm glad we have WM!

Worst Management misses my trash at least once per month. Super rude "customer service" people, when they actually answer the phone. Hopefully, they will lose the contract.

Until this last move, I've always had a positive experience w/ WM. I cannot say that anymore. I signed up for service again w/ WM after my last move about a week and a half ago. They said the earliest they could have waste containers to my house was in 7 days. 7 days later and a weeks worth of trash after a move, I still have yet to receive the waste containers. I called the following Monday hoping the containers would be delivered that day. They were not. It is now Tuesday and I'm not all that sanguine that I will be receiving my waste containers today. Number of questions. 1. Why even take the containers at all from the house after people move out? The next occupant has no choice but to sign up since WM is the only refuse removal in the city. 2. After missing the initial drop off why not make the extra effort to get containers to the resident immediately. If my containers are not delivered today, I have half a mind to take the immense amount of trash in my garage and drop it off in front of my WM's local office.

Follow up: After calling them today, they said they had been delivered yesterday. I assured them they were not and then they said that they'd be delivered tomorrow which is Wednesday. I talked to a supervisor named Leslie who told me they do not have inventory to deliver today. So either I was being lied to previously, or Leslie is lying to me now. Am I to believe that there is not a single bin they can deliver to my house to remedy the situation.

Our’s & our neighbors recycling bins were missed being serviced (up & down the street). I reported the problem & the bins were serviced the following day. Then the following week it happened again to everyone, our recycling bins were not serviced.
Once again I had to report the problem & next day bins were serviced.
Last week the bins were serviced so hoping the issue has been resolved.

Waste Management is the only utility that is not a headache. They offer free landfill days in my city which is of great help when I have bulky items or home projects where I have tons of rubbish to dispose

WM does it garbage pickup on time and for any holidays where the pickup day is delayed, emails are sent to notify us

Waste Management has been terrific! We have been customers for many years and the service has consistently good. Our drivers have been courteous and respectful, they do go that extra mile! Thank you!

Trash pick up is effectively executed. The online announcements regarding schedule change were incomplete, inaccurate, and late in arriving. Someone should be fired. The 1st email announcing a schedule change contained incomplete sentences without specifying new start date. The 2nd email had an incorrect date regarding start of new schedule. The 3rd email was sent the night before correct new schedule was to start. I hope you can do better next time.

Started taking my payment automatically. I am NOT enrolled in auto pay. At times drivers leave trash behind that have fallen out during pick up. I've needed new containers for years but haven't gotten any.
UPDATE; Got a nice reply and a promise to swap out cans. As usual no follow through. Possibility of a new collection company coming to town. Definitely going to switch if I can!
