Sucks, they are the only trash company here, so there is no way to compare the services or costs for removal

WM does not provide adequate options for disposing of food waste in compliance with the new state law. For disabled people or those with desert landscape that have no yard waste, the food waste disposal method of putting it in the yard waste container doesn't work.

When your trash level goes over the top of the bin, they charge overage fees. When you have a half full container as I do 80% of the time, they don't offer any sort of refund.

Great service. Love the app, it's a must for schedules. Always attentive when I call. The only issue I have is the bins for trash and recycling always seem to have their lids cracked at the pivot points. But as long as the service remains great then it will work. I've never had a issue getting a replacement. Also the Driver does a great job in my area.

Update my regularly if there’s gonna be a problem with the holidays and pick up the only problem I have is when the driver for the trash the blue pill dumps my container over and doesn’t bother to pick up And I always have trash in my front yard after

Waste Management is a reliable trash pickup service company who has always been on time and their customer service has always been helpful and quick to resolve issues which concerns us as customers!

Getting through the automated system, which is seriously flawed, and speaking with a person, is impossible. I've been attempting to start service since last week. I can't submit a request online because it says to call. I call and can only speak to an automated system that will not allow me to speak to a live person. I request to start new service and the system says stop service. It wants me to enter an account number, which I don't have, because it doesn't recognize my phone number (of course it doesn't!). It finally let me get through the system only to say they were closed and to call back during normal business hours, which ended at 4pm. I was before 3pm today. If I can't get service before I move in, I'm going to end up dropping my trash at the curb of your facility. You're supposed to provide a service and is exclusive to the area, so provide the service!

Overall WM has been consistent with the emptying of the bins. We are thankful for all the drivers that are out there working to help make the community livable by emptying the bins and not having trash all over the place. If only some people will be mindful and not be so trashy, put the trash where it belongs in the bins.

I was overcharged for YEARS and they are only willing to give back a few hundred because ‘the extra charges go back further than their records go’! This is ridiculous! I only found out I was overcharged when our billing was taken out of our taxes and I was still receiving a bill! I had autopay!

Monopolized.extremely over priced.multiple rules rules rules.should offer community free dump days per month to EVERYONE including non customers who can barely feed their children and cannot afford trash pick up.

I regularly bring my bins out in the early AM before the truck comes around. Today, the driver beat me! He stopped in front of my home anyway, got out, retrieved my bin and continued the pick-up. Thank you good Sir! I appreciate your work ethic and good deed. PS: My kids love watching from their windows. (Quartz Hill area)

Told me my Containers would take 3 weeks longer to be delivered after telling us they would be here on the 16th. Now we have to wait and have no way to deal with are trash at this moment

Needs more diversity in drivers. Only hispanic drivers that only communicate with my neighbors when there are trash can related issues. The Customer service line is great! Always have problems resolved. The drivers are the fave of the company and should be more diverse and friendly. Great job with benefits should brighten anyone's day.
