5The company helped me get a bigger container without a hitch. It was delivered as promised.
We are presently using six dumpsters weekly. They are 20 and 40 yard capacity. Pickup and returns to the site have been timely and professional. The WM staff keeps me informed.
Only thing I'm disappointed in is that they stopped 1 day a year pick up of junk
I've had Waste Management for my trash and recyclables pickup for almost 20 years and have been very happy with them. Pickup is reliable and they let me know when there will be a day's delay due to a holiday. They've been prompt and responsive about replacing damaged receptacles. It's not super cheap and I don't have any reference for what I should be paying, but I am happy with their service.
They are usually on time at 630am but sometimes dont come until late afternoon with no warning. They are abusive with the cans. So they end up missing lids or split sides. My property has an additional driveway & they refuse to pick up the cans at the end of that driveway which makes it difficult for me as I am elderly & the cans are heavy if I've filled them with vegetation.
