Lazy staff, leave trash after dumping all over street, rude drivers and phone staff very disappointed with Waste Management they have changed for the worst. Customer Service went bye bye with this company which is NOT a good thing

Excellent service, very pleased with the drivers / operators who are kind and professional. They always pick up the trash cans and never leave a mess behind.

Four days after the driver slammed our green trash bin down so hard it broke the wheels off, we are still waiting for a replacement despite three calls to WM and assurance each time it would be taken care of by 7pm the following day. Hasn't happened yet!
Should WM reduce my bill this month to compensate me for lack of service due to their errors? Just asking.

I asked for a new green container a few weeks ago. Difficult to figure out other than the days of pick up to leave it out for a week in between never was picked up so I put in a second request so hopefully that will go better.

Customer Service and knowledge of the work you will be providing is a must for me and that is what I received from the representative whose name I don't recall. Thank you for a job well done. "Fantastic" is the word I will use.

You should probably warn people when lines are all the way down the mountain. I don’t have 2 hours to wait to dump one load of trash and nowhere to turn around. Have a little respect for people using your service.

Traffic jams and no one directing traffic. Large tipper trucks in the way of smaller trucks/trailers. Poor design on flow of traffic in/out. Entire mountainside for trash and you have us dumping trash in a space big enough for 5 vehicles. What a mess.

1) Trash pickup service has been good, but I wish the 3 services (greens, recycling, and trash) had identical holiday schedules, and neighborhoods were picked up around the same general time for all three.it takes a full day to get them all picked up. 2) the odor problem is slightly better this summer but still persistant.

Very rude booth attendant. They changed to a flat fee instead of weight based. It was my first time dumping since the change so I gave him the paper from my previous trip. He treated me like I was such a waste of time for giving him the paper. Sorry I wasted your time man. I was really nice to you, wish that kindness was reciprocated.

I am very happy with the service and would have given you a 5 start but I can't understand why I get these letters about garbage in my recyclable bin when I ut my can put early because of work and can't help kids and gardeners from dumping garbage in my cans!

Very disapointed by service.trash can constantly left laying on its side.driver drove off after dropping trash can in his trash truck, and did not bother to stop to inform me.unable to reach a live agent thru 'cust srvce" line.now stuck without a trash can!

In December 2022, I placed a request and mailed the required forms for discounted services due to my Senior status. Obviously, I send in all the necessary information proving my age. Unfortunately, I heard nothing regarding the status.
So recently (last month in fact), I drove to the location reference on the form and placed my request in person (for the second time), that I originally sent earlier last year. Still nothing.
Just recently (several weeks ago) I finally received a call to confirm they did in fact received my request for the senior discount. The helpful representative indicated to me a credit to my account will reflect 6 months of overpayment / discount. She also indicated I should see the change on my Aug 2023 bill.
Well, in hindsight, I'll believe that when I see it. So unfortunately I'm not too happy with Customer Service in my prior months. But again, we will see if my request is honored in Aug 2023. Nothing further.

Going from $9 a load to a minimum $41 for. 8 ton and under is a complete rip off and unjustified jump in price. This will affect contractors, who in turn will pass it onto customers in your jurisdiction. The board members who approved and passed this extraordinary price hike need to be fired.

Garbage in Garbage out. Holiday notifications are prompt. Replacement containers are prompt. If I'm in the front garden some of the drivers and I wave.

Scheduled a large pickup for Monday between 6am and 6pm. After hauling a large mattress out to the curb before 6am, at 1: 30 pm that same day we get an email saying pickup rescheduled for 2 days later
