Wolfgang Puck Pizza, Ontario CA

Delicious and great portions for airport prices. I was expecting a small, flatbread size pizza for $16, so I ended up getting 4 different kinds for my family of 6 to share (Margherita, BBQ Chicken & Pepperoni were delicious too). There was so much, we were all stuffed and had leftovers to eat again on the plane AND take home.

Surprised at the bad reviews

Food tasted great and priced similar to most airport joints
Get the BLT sandwich, on average expect to pay between 10-16$ for your meal an extra 8-10 for a beer or wine

Where do I begin?
1. Hardly any topings.
2. Toppings are thrown on in groups instead of being distributed.
3. Almost no cheese.
4. Chicken was dry (think jerky)
5. Overpriced for what you are actually getting.

Also, not a review on anything relevant, but there shouldn't be a tip line and required signature for a fast food walkup that doesn't actually provide service (tables dirty, didn't deliver food, have to walk up to order. Etc.).

I had a good experience at this place. I got the Margherita pizza which was delicious and crunchy. They do accept cash but it has to be exact. They pizza is a little pricey for the size but what can we expect from a restaurant at an airport. Anyway, the morning staff was real nice and I should mention wait time for food is about 20 minutes. So if you’re in a rush, don’t risk it.

Ordered and paid for the order. 10 minutes later they said we didn’t pay for the full order and they refused to provide our order. We showed them the receipt which illustrated that we paid for the entire order. They said if we didn’t give them another $20, they wouldn’t provide us any of the order. Isn’t that stealing? The whole situation was strange. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant. I can see why people avoid this place.

The staff here is horrible I had one guy come out yell at me in front of everybody saying that I'm begging other people that are flying for food, that gives the whole entire airport a bad look, cuz I'm not dressing as good as everybody else, you decide to single a person like me out and yell at me, very unacceptable! Gives the whole entire airport a bad!

Only got one of our two ordered pizzas after they turned off half the menu for food. Other pizza got handed to customer behind us who had ordered something different. Not worth the wait for the burnt pizza

Our flight was delayed due to the recent weather. I was starving so I was very happy to see Wolfgang Pizza at this small airport. There really aren’t many options at ONT airport. Service was prompt and there is a banner near the register that says food takes longer than usual because it’s made to order. Which is nice, nothing frozen or already cooked. I ordered the Salami Pizza, it was very delicious but wish I would’ve said well done. The dough was not crunchy enough and when I bit the pizza all the toppings fell off. Was an overall ok pizza.

This place was very clean and efficient. The woman at the counter was polite and friendly. She came out and wiped down all the tables while I was there, which is reassuring in this day and age.

They told us to wait 1 hour for our pizza and when we went to go see if it was ready they said they have gave the pizza to someone else horrible service!

I looked at everyone’s food in the restaurant and it all looked delicious. I got the turkey avocado blt. It came with chips and a big pickle. It was all very yummy and I wished I had family with me to share it with. Very impressed for airport food.

Undercooked pizza. Added onions when asked not to. Our 1st pizza was ready when they started preparing our 2nd. They wouldn’t fix the issues. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I've tried to come here several times as early as I can and it's always closed. One time was before 3pm like it says on the website and just now around 1: 10pm. I asked the employee there several times what time they close and she refused to give a time each time I asked. Horrible service.

Came in today while Maria and Carmen were working they were quick and so nice best customer service I've had in an airport I hope these lovely ladies are working the next time we fly through

Tried to order a pepperoni pizza (only one meat allowed). No extras. And a Pepsi. And the Lady said "No Cash". Wow. Not only is it Capitolism at it best for Airport Food. But Now you can't even use American Currency. I'll wait for Blaze's or M. O. D.s.

Food is great - but no sense of urgency at all - hey can you make a sandwich? Hey Norma need a sandwich - hi hum let’s see, This is in an airport WAKE MANAGEMENT YOUR SLEEPING!

Decent price for an airport restaurant, cashier was a little rude. Apparently their Scramble Pizza is just a pizza with scrambled eggs unceremoniously dumped on top; tasted fine for what it was, but I was expecting the eggs to integrated a little better, like maybe spread out and baked into the pizza. Then again, who am I to challenge the culinary wisdom of Mr. Puck, who surely created this recipe personally.

Friendly staff. Good food. Not going to ding them for price because I know I'm paying for convenience, probably costs more to have a restaurant in an airport and have limited customers. However, it is convenient. Eat beforehand folks if you want to save a few bucks.

The lady at the register said she was too busy to make my pizza half pepperoni half cheese! Really! You only had to put pepperoni on one side lady! Such terrible service

I ordered a Margarita pizza and got a cheese pizza- they said they were out of basil etc.why don’t they tell you that so you can order something else!
