It’s clear the people who work here have a restorative justice mindset. Everyone is welcomed, nurtured and cherished unconditionally regardless of background or needs. I started working here a couple weeks ago and as someone who’s been in the system and worked with many other orgs that have tried and missed the mark, I’m very happy to be here and continue this legacy.
