3They will only help you if the person inflicting violence on you and your child is the person you are romantic with.
The services they offered me and still offer others are amazing. I can't tell you how many lives this place has helped save, including mine. Unfortunately, I think they should probably change a policy or two, but I realize that rules are rules for a reason and that there always has to be someone who ruins it for everyone. Again, I can't tell you have greatful I am for this place.but they recently changed their name in 2023 to PREVAIL! From WCYFS. It confused me when one of the representatives that are currently helping me out, had called me and the caller ID came up as PREVAIL! And I asked her what that was and she explained to me that they changed their name at the beginning of 2023. I can't thank these people or our County enough for everything that they have done for me and my child and for getting me back on my feet. I do not regret using their services one bit. Truly immensely greatful that programs like that exist!
Carmen is the rudest most unprofessional unpleasant person I have ever encountered. How you crisis line but can not help people! They are useless and worthless! Whatever happens to me is on them! Fire these people.
