3Board members should serve their homeowners association in an honest and ethical manner. These board members have been unsuccessful at managing money effectively and partly because of hiring a property management that now has the HOA owing thousands of dollars. There will be several openings on the HOA soon and most people don’t want to start off inheriting debt. I believe if a HOA continues to represent our community, they need to figure out how to create unity within our community, because right now there are many homeowners dissatisfied with how this board is conducting business. They also need to figure out how to balance the budget. I am praying for a resolution to this mess.
How can an association hire a Property Management company without approval of existing homeowners. Also how is this Property Management company getting paid if yearly income from dues is $25K and they charge over $5k a month ($60k+) ?
I would like to know how having a property owners association increases the values of the homes in Wonder Valley, when the property owners currently have a law suit filed against the association?
