If you are going to load, you enter through the shipping access, go up to the scale and get off with the guard, they will ask you for your pu#, license and passport or visa, they will also inspect the trailer, fast loading in 1 hour arriving at your appointment

Excellent place, I had to go for a load to this place and since we arrived one can realize the organization, cleanliness and security of the place. From walking in the front door and through the entire loading process, they are the most attentive and kind people of many places I have been able to go. They have their rules and regulations like every other place (I don't think you let anyone into your truck or your house, the same happens with these people, they take their work very seriously) I didn't have any bad experience, quite the contrary, a service and excellent care. One of those places that you would like to go back to because you feel at home.

Product was ok. When the nuts are good, they are good. When they are bad, they are bad. Found 2 already with worms in them. Wouldn't buy these again at the price they ask for them.

The truth is lousy service a day and a half for the enpliados to charge me, except for two who are so at the entrance, two mugueres who are racists tell you that they are not going to charge you because they have a lot of work and what are they going to give you? Priority to those who are from that country, if there is a space left they would charge me and that until the next one I would tell the truth if it were not for one of the enpliados, a guy who was the one who took us in when we arrived, bio that we were still there and waiting for the load I wonder why they didn't load us and I explained to him and after 20 minutes they were loading us but the truth is if you are B1 and you have to go load oh be well prepared because oh racism is at 100 for being B1 his priority is to charge the locals

Friendly staff and fast loading they have scale on site and you don't need to worry about getting overload

Most all of the Pistachios were burnt and bitter to the taste and a lot of shells with no nuts!

So many empty shells. Very old product. Not a hint of green. I have bought them in the past and they were very good. Not anymore. Very sad.

Customer has a scale on site. Arrive before 8: 30 they take a 30 min after that. Good service just a bit of a wait to get load nothing big about. Great bathroom they are clean and well maintained.

I hope Chairman, Stewart Resnick or his Quality Control Manager see my review. I love Wonderful Pistachios. However, the most recent bag (14oz) I purchased of Pistachios with salt & pepper contained an over abundance of empty shells. I though perhaps, when I get to the bottom of the bag, I will find the over abundance of nuts that fell out of their shells. Not so. The nuts that were available to eat were delicious and a great source of plant protein. I would not take the time to write a review if it were just a few empty shells. This was a ridiculous amount of empty shells. I'm puzzled why. I will reconsider purchasing Wonderful Pistachios again.

On-site parking is good. Chk in up to 30 min early. Good bathroom at guard house. Employee came out to parked trucks to let us know about bathroom, said there is a restaurant On-site. Didn't chk it out. Started loading 45 min after appt. All good so far.

They have limited parking. Do not show up early. They only allow 1 hour early check in for your appointment. They have a great employee restaurant that drivers can use.

Make sure you get a washout before coming here. The checking process takes an extremely long time. I was picking up a preloaded trailer that I was informed was already loaded the day before. When I arrive the check in guard didn't even look before telling me to come back. Then when I came back I sat at the check in gate for an hour. They are not good at communicating and have flawed procedures. Also they could do a better job at putting signs up to tell you where to go. If you go into the first gate then you are at the wrong place. Go down about a 1/4 on the very end of the factory and that's the gate that you should be at.

Manuel at the shipping reception desk is nice, polite, understanding and got great communication skills!
