10Dr. Wong is amazing! He has been our family doctor for over 15 + years. He is kind, Thoughtful, and ALWAYS takes his time with you. He will talk to you and also ask how you’re doing. I have never thought of going anywhere else and I live in OC. Shout out to Rachel for always being super helpful! She is funny and definitely makes the visit so much better. Dr. Wong and Rachel will accommodate to help you out! They are a true gem!
Dr. Wong is simply the best. I've been with him for many years and my husband as well. He is really really good at his profession, he is caring and empathetic. He's also flexible and works to meet your way. I would never go to another specialist. His assistant Ms. Rachel adds to the office a perfect extra kindness. Valentina P.

Dr Wong is fantastic. He’s clearly someone who loves what they do and the work shows. He’s changed my life with the contacts he prescribed me. I actually look forward to going to the eye doctor.
Our entire family has been using Dr Wong for years and we couldn't be happier with him or Rachel. Dr Wong is kind and knowledgeable and makes the entire process enjoyable. Rachel is on top of it, fielding my many phone calls when my kids let me know, at the last minute, they need more contacts. We have sent many of our friends to him and they feel the same way. I highly recommend him!
UPDATE14 WEEKS STILL NO GLASSES SPEAKING WITH THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS JUST A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NOT WANT IN A STAFF MEMBER. This is not the kind of rating one likes to leave but the receptionist in this office is very unhelpful and quite RUDE. I have been waiting for my glasses for 10 weeks have asked for updates and get no return calls. From always getting the answer machine durning office hours when i was able to speak with the receptionist i was told she was not going to waste her time on the phone to get me an update and that i had been told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Well it been 10 weeks and still nothing.
Dr. Wong is amazing! Great doctor, and really friendly. His receptionist, on the other hand is absolutely HORRIBLE! There is no communication whatsoever. My glasses had arrived, and I had no idea. Finally so much time had passed, that I called them, and was told they were in for a while. They were out of the office for vacation or something, and I left a message saying that my contacts were working out, and to go ahead and order them. I go in yesterday, after waiting over a month, and she says that I never specified how many to order, she never put the order in. Hahaha. This must be this lady's first job or something, she is very rude and obviously hates her job. She should have called me and asked how many to order. You know. Seeing how it's her JOB! I would really hate to switch eye doctors just because of this horrible receptionist, but I may have to.
This man is amazing. Semi-hardcore story to follow (although I'll try to keep the details light) :
A few years ago, I had an unfortunate incident with a dry contact and my cornea, and I did a lot of damage to myself. When I went into the office building the next day, pretty much blind by this point (as I had to keep my eyes closed because the pain was so great), he and Rachel eased my worries (and pain) and helped me out of what would have been a highly catastrophic event. They monitored my eye and gave me all the medicine it needed to heal, all the while being incredibly encouraging and supportive. I couldn't ask for a better doctor in a time of severe crisis. Thank you so much, Timothy! And thank you to Rachel for being there as well! You guys saved my sanity - and my eye.
Dr. Wong is the absolute best. He is thorough, takes his time and explains everything. These days my eyes are harder to fit for contacts, but with some trial and error, we got there. I had lost some hope after having a rather terrible experience at another place which was more like a factory- plus overcrowded and not at all covid compliant. Dr. Wong’s office is clean and sanitized and they don’t overbook people. Plus Rachel is sweet at the reception desk. Highly recommend!
