On 9/15/23 Matt & Daniel did an amazing job with fixing my garage that was severely damaged. They were fast to respond and more importantly they were kind & professional. They articulated their professional knowledge in a clear concise manner without sounding condescending. As a woman, this was noticed and valued. They even demonstrated respect by wearing a mask when I mentioned my husbands cancer. That level of empathy & class is hard to find and should definitely be acknowledged. They truly make your company look 5 star! I will recommend your company on my social media sites based on this experience.

So I signed a lease here at Wood Canyon Villas. I own an f-150 pickup truck with some stickers on it.
After was living here for about 2 months I was informed that my truck was a "commercial vehicle" and not allowed anywhere on the premises. I was informed I have to park in the street. Well the rules here about "street parking" change constantly. I have racked up $1,100 in parking tickets (as well as everyone forced to park on the street) So I started parking my "commercial" vehicle in my assigned garage that I pay extra for.well I was informed yesterday that I can't even park it in my own garage! Like honestly who on the planet is bothered by me parking my truck in my garage.
Needless to say I am cutting my lease off and moving. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE THAT YOU USE FOR WORK, they will not tell you until you already sign a lease, that you have to park in the street. Please do yourself a favor and read all the reviews on all platforms and you will change your mind about moving here!

This place is completely dishonest. I lived here and paid everything on time. A water leak happened and they sent in maintenance to fix it. The maintenance people they hired literally did nothing other than put a dryer to the carpet. They then charged me $3000 for drywall repair, carpet replacement, paint, and other things that were NEVER DONE!

I know they were never done since I worked from home and the people were not there for more then 20 minutes. This is complete fraud. Stay away from this place!

My partner and I recently moved to a one bedroom apartment and it is the perfect size for us. Everyone has been so attentive and helpful during the process. The location is perfect. And we couldn’t be more happier to be here.

I have lived in Wood Canyon Villas for two years now and I have absolutely loved it. The complex itself is very quiet and always kept clean and maintained. There is always available parking for guests or visitors. The few maintenance fixes I had were handled quickly and with very kind employees. It’s a very nice family oriented place to live with beautiful views.

Not one person from Customer Cares has reached out to me so don't say they are handling this that is giving people false information.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Management lacks communication and is very rude. They are really nice when they are selling you the place but after you move-in trying to get a call back or e-mails returned takes days. Recently the patio I share a wall with was under full construction they were jack hammered the patio up. Not one notice was sent out to me or my neighbors. I called the office to find out what is going on as I work from home and my entire house was so loud I couldn't get on any calls this went on for 8 hours. Margaret the assistant manager is like I need to call you back after I research this and three days later I get an e-mail from Judy (beware of this one keep everything in writing) "we postpone the work until 1/3/22" and its 3 week project. Didn't offer any kind of rent credit since "this didn't directly in pack me" I couldn't open my window because of the dusk or blinds since I had workers walk by my window storing tools under it. Plus I reported that black mold has been growing in this same window not one follow up regarding this. An e-mail was sent by their office that it was closed and only emergency work orders due to covid and the safety of the staff. I guess black mold if not an emergency or the fact I have asthma. If your office is closed due to covid so are the majority of the residents that work. They also leave vacant apartments open all night long with the doors open and lights on, which says how much they care about protecting the company's asset. Please save yourself the headache and don't move to any of the properties.

I live in Wood Canyon Villa apartments they have amazing staff. If you need any assistance with anything Mimi and Patricia are the one to go to. They’re always there to greet you with a smile.

I’ve been a tenant of Wood Canyon Villa Apartments for over 10 years and in the past five years the management team by far is one of the best. Judy the property manager and her team of experts are always finding way to improve the property and make things comfortable for the tenants. Matthew the maintenance manager is one of the best in the industry, he is well-versed and knowledgeable in his field, any problems or issues he is ready and willing to go above and beyond for his tenants. Above all he is a thoughtful, kind and a caring person the company is extremely lucky to have him as an employee he is definitely an asset to the company. Lastly Mathew’s assistant Daniel and Mo are also always go above and beyond which makes living here great.
