Really awesome location, super nice staff, overall great experience living here. During the summer it got a little hot because of how the sun hit our building, but other than that nothing but good things to say about the whole complex and our apartment.

I’m honestly not sure where to even begin with these apartments! Beautiful, amazing and convenient location. Literally 10 minutes from shopping to beaches to entertainment. However, the best part about this place has been the staff! Our situation was a little different.we were moving our kids from Oklahoma to Cali (that in itself was hard) and we were in the process of buying a house so we had to be very careful with anything we did running our credit etc.after being shot down NUMEROUS times by different complexes, I explained our situation and Carissa jumped in immediately to walk us through everything.she made the process so easy it felt like it was too good to be true. Anytime Carissa was not in the office her coworker Lindsey jumped right in and never skipped a beat! They kept each other informed in detail every step of the way! Everything from the initial application to the move in date was an absolute breeze. They focused on the fact that they were students just starting out and went above and beyond to help make things happen for these boys. (Did I mention, they juggled all this dealing with FOUR boys from different states and managed to keep up with getting them all on the same page.lol). I am beyond grateful that these ladies worked so hard to make this happen for all of our boys. They went above and beyond at every turn. If ever they both were unavailable, someone else jumped in and knew right where they left off. I never had to go over things if someone new had to jump in. I absolutely can not say enough good things about this incredible complex! Thank you girls so much for everything you’ve done AND continue to do for our kids!

The management at Woodbridge goes completely above everything you could expect of an apartment complex. They take care of my mom like she was their own. Her rent went down this year, Ive never heard of that. They've helped her with her renewal lease. They even called one time when they thought there was a problem with her. Awesome group of people. They have helped lee renew my faith in the world

I lived at Woodbridge for 2 years and honestly miss it. Great location with great surroundings. The staff is the best part of the apartment complex. They're very responsive and follow up on so much. On top of that, the timeliness with how fast maintenance and issues are taken care of always impressed me.

Quality living at affordable rates. With Irvine, parking is a huge problem as there are simply too many residents in this city. Woodbridge is very good about resident parking and I experienced little to no issue.

My only issues are some neighborhood issues that can't be fixed easily. There is an absurd spider problem. Walking around outside can be a little scary with how many large spiders you'll see.
I've also experienced an auto burglary on the property. While my vehicle was thankfully not damaged, there were no cameras or security at the time to help me the next day.
Appliances within the apartment tend to also be outdated. Thankfully, a quick call or device request and the office will fix things up.
Be careful of the AC units too. We once had a roach crawl out of there while we had it on.

After living at Woodbridge and moving elsewhere, the quality of life there is really something people take for granted. Definitely worth looking into for prospective residents! Despite the few issues I faced, you can't expect a perfect experience, but Woodbridge gets you pretty close to there.

I have lived at the Woodbridge Apartments complex since 2018 and I love living here. I first moved into a two-bedroom apartment, but recently transferred to a one-bedroom apartment in April of this year. The leasing office was extremely helpful in assisting me with my move-in, answering every question I had and being very accommodating.

The staff at Woodbridge Apartments is amazing, especially the maintenance staff. Robert on the maintenance team has responded to every call I have made since I moved into my new apartment. I first had an electrical issue which he was quick to fix, even though he was the only maintenance person on property that day. He also double checked all of my appliances just to make sure they were all in proper working order.

My most recent maintenance request was for my freezer frosting excessively, resulting in my fridge not cooling. I called the leasing office and Lindsey called Robert, who was at my apartment 10 minutes after my first initial call. He defrosted the freezer in 30 minutes and then took off the freezer door to readjust it after realizing the unit had originally been put together incorrectly. He quickly put the freezer back together and was done. I haven't had any issues with my fridge or freezer since.

If you're looking for somewhere to live that is family friendly, safe, has plenty of parking, has an exceptional staff all around that cares about their residents, is pet friendly, and is close to a shopping center, this is the place to live!

The people working the leasing office are always super friendly and helpful. I've been here two years and they're always responsive and quick to help resolve issues as they come up. Parking here is great and the community has a nice aesthetic with it's landscaping and streams and such. Would recommend!

Poor customer service, asked if they could offer short term and what the fee would be. Was told Lindsey would call me back with info, she had to call corporate to get a price. Never heard back, so called again. She couldn't provide a clear direct answer, clearly she did not follow up with corporate and was rude on the phone. Not customer service oriented at all.

In case you are looking for a comfortable environment for you and your family, Woodbridge is not the right choice. Here are the several reasons I got frustrated from these apartments:

1) Dated design of the Apartments, you’ll often wonder how to arrange your stuff. Not to mention the washrooms are claustrophobic.

2) No central air conditioning, you better stay out of the apartments in summers. It will be a torture even in the nights as the apartments walls retain the heat. Even putting up your own window AC units are not allowed. It’s like you’re back in the spartan era, 24 hrs sauna is the house, if that’s your thing. Your pets might never love you the same way again.

3) No washing and drying units inside the apartment. You need to drag your dirty laundry to and fro a few laundry units. Be prepared to be a night crawler in case you ever wish to find an available unit. Keep your game face on as someone might steal your whole wash load. Silver lining - Surprise wardrobe overhaul.

4) No closed garage to park your car and/or to store your things. Just and open shed. You definitely need to maintain a separate storage unit elsewhere.

5) No security cameras what-so-ever, I’m case something bad happens you’re on your own. Car ransackings are quite common, I myself am a victim.

Not going into trivial details but there are plenty of other surprises in store for you.

Please note that all above problems are non existent in many other apartment complexes in and around the city, that often offer better rental plans and much better amenities. Please do your research.

Woodbridge apartments is one of the most unsafe apartments to live in! Highly recommend not to lease/rent here.

My friend lost his motor bike and roommate lost his bike. There is an opening directly to the street on one end which is never secured, outsiders enter into the community directly and steal your stuff.
NO security and the lease department is lease concerned inspite of all these issues

Multiple scenarios where police cases were filed due to theft in this community. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED

I have lived here for just a few months and I really like how well the grounds are maintained. They are constantly making improvements and it is a very peaceful place to live.

I have lived here about a month. It is a very nice, quiet, clean community. Good price for the area. I had one issue with my freezer. Maintenance had it fixed the next day.

It was a good price when I was renting there. I had to break my lease, for moving out of city. Move out was horrible, the maintenance people forgot twice my schedule time to review my place. On top of that I was told if I touch up the walls I wouldn't get fined. Wrong, expect not to get your deposit back. I was charged for all the walls to be painted and carpet stains. Which was already there when I moved in. I informed then on my first day. They didn't even care to look back on my move inspection. The only good note I would say is the staff is friendly. I would not move back though.

Great and friendly community. Any issues we may have are taken care of promptly. Thanks Woodbridge personnel.

My experience at Woodbridge Meadows has been awful. People constantly have their dogs off leashes. There is dog feces everywhere. Every aspect of the facility is dirty at all times. This includes the pool, jacuzzi, gym, public restrooms, and laundry rooms. Kids are consistently using the jacuzzi at night- including kids that don't live in Woodbridge Apartments. They smoke marijuana illegally in the restrooms and on top of the management office. They also leave alcohol bottles everywhere. They come almost every night and they stay past the pool curfew. Often the kids bring bubble bath and the jacuzzi is frequently out of service due to this. The streets are small and windy causing huge blind spots- this is an issue because everyone speeds without looking where they're going. There is NEVER enough parking- not even for those paying to live here. Employees here are terrible, they actually bully people that are renting here. The employees always leave rude notices about leaving our own bikes out on our own porch. We have been stolen from on multiple occasions. I would never suggest renting from here to anyone.

Price was right for me, best deal I found in Irvine. I moved into a unit with newer appliances which I'm not sure all units have. Inside of apartment is a bit "cheap", such as scraping against the wall with just a little force will scrape the paint away and leave a mark. But this isn't an issue for me, but maybe for others. Heater/AC is a pain and so is laundry. Grounds are nice and so is the location. Management is okay, and maintenance have been friendly. Had a couple maintenance issues that were fixed promptly. They allow cats which is a big plus too. Happy with my choice to live here, though if I was planning on staying in Irvine long-term I might choose to go somewhere with washer/dryer unit inside the apartment.
