Terrible service while there is already in the clinic waiting for an hour they cancel me because the doctor had an emergency and the emergencies of the patients do not have a very bad service from the staff

This place was assigned to me through medical. When I needed to get a prescription, I needed to establish care. This was a month long wait for an appointment. A week before my appointment, they called me blaming a call center that I wasn't scheduled for a permanent practicing doctor at their estbalishment and tried to reschedule; please note i called their number directly multiple times learning their process and was even called back by different people. The next appointment was another month out. They also kept trying to push lab work done for no reason, probably for a quick bill. Considering their size and place of operations, it does not make sense why it would take over a month wait for a phone interview.
