I miss this apartment. I wish I could get back here to enjoy the city life. Shopping and drinks just a few minutes walk from my old apartment. Dog was respectful here. Thanks for a nice team of management.

Woodbridge Pines Apartments is located in a quant area of Irvine. The complex has lovely areas to relax and bbq with friends and family. We are fortunate to live in a complex with excellent customer service, management and maintenance staff. The apartments have spacious rooms and upgrades throughout with a private patio which makes for enjoyable living. It is fabulous to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Thank you Woodbridge Pines Apartment team!

Huge recognition to Zyler Fuentes for helping us secure a new home here! He is simply amazing. Renting an apartment from South Korea was not easy but Zyler was so exceptional we only rented sight unseen because of him. Him being a local of Irvine, growing up there, was very comforting. He shared personal stories and experiences that could relate to our 10 year old son. He listened and knew very well what we needed. He took the time to chat and share his love for growing up in Irvine. He is the only agent who taught me to use the modern way of searching using maps and he attached this to his emails. He did overtime and looked out for us when a unit was available and he narrowed down the right apartment for us from so many apartment choices.

The staff is great! Always very helpful, professional and friendly. The community is always clean. Whenever maintenance is required, the team gets the job done. I am very happy and I recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe place to live.

I had an amazing experience with Woodbridge Pines leasing team, especially Zyler Fuentes. He was so helpful, patient and spent time with me to accommodate my needs. I wouldn't have leased the apartment if it were not for him. He showed me how the complex is so clean, quiet, and luxurious. The best place for my kids to be safe and to enjoy their home. He also proved that the employees of Irvine company are so helpful which encouraged me to lease the apartment because he was a great example of how my family will be treated in our future home. A few days ago I received a call from Aida at Woodbridge Pines Apartment that the window will be replaced to a new one for energy efficiency. Yesterday a new window was installed with a safety lock. During the installation I stayed at a lounge with a new computers and printer even though Aida suggested me to stay at an another apartment. I appreciate the outstanding new window as well as Aida's kindness.

Not satisfied.

Very few amenities. Most of them are under construction since almost 6-8 months so non of the tenant can use it.
Since, almost 1-2 years they have work in progress for apartments.

They should have reconsider rent for this period.

Only good thing about community is it's small and closer to school.
