So thankful to the Woodbury Place team for their professionalism and genuine serving hearts! I specifically want to mention Mr. Kris in maintenance as he is always so kind and friendly and fixes things SO fast! If my husband and I ever see him outside he always asks how things are going. I want to shout out Miss Angelica for her positive attitude and willingness to help when any problems arise as well as for all of her hard work. Mr. David for all of his assistance with our account and our clubhouse rentals as we have celebrated 2 baby showers and 1 gender reveal here for our 1st son! I speak to David the most probably and he is always so attentive and helpful. I also want to shout out Miss Chris who assisted us in the beginning with opening up our home for us to view and meeting our family. It has been such a wonderful stay thus far and we can't wait until our son is born and enjoy it even more! The pools, sidewalks and grounds are always so well kept and parking for our guests has been wonderful! We are so happy here!

I expect nothing, but wanted to share my experience for awareness.

Phase 2 of removing healthy mature trees that are not infected, dead, dying, or causing root intrusion or safety issues.

Here is a tree planted to replace a mature healthy tree removed in phase 1.

Please stop spending money on unnecessary beautification projects in the community. We can not afford the 6% YoY rent increases to fund these projects or others that are not necessary.

This is not a Woodbury Place Team issue. I’m told there is nothing they can do. About either. I escalated my concern about the 6% increase to be told, “I’m sorry, there is nothing I can do. ”

Move right? Oops, I’ve spent 13 years here raising my family. In due time….

A routine is a sequence of actions done regularly. Are healthy trees routinely being removed? As stated in my review this tree was not compromising the safety or quality of any building and/or resident (s). I added another picture of this tree before it was improperly trimmed.

Please educate yourselves on the benefits & contributions of mature healthy trees. This feedback is an opportunity to improve and act responsibility.

Frustration is the 6% YoY increase.

As a former resident of Woodbury Place for over ten years, I have nothing but praise for Team Woodbury with special emphasis on Chris's management style!

A very clean, non smoking, and non vaping environment is the type of living space that we should all welcome if you're health conscious.

During Covid, Irvine Properties / Woodbury was instrumental in helping all responsible tenants navigate the uncertain roads of a new reality and was very supportive.

The attention to detail from the maintenance crew regarding grounds maintainability, office staff, and open communication with the on-site management team is second to none throughout my travels to multiple states & communties outside of Irvine.

I will always have you in my heart where-ever I go. Thank You all for your patience and being who you are!

Continue to set examples of how property management is to be done!

Beware. I was a tenant of Woodbury Place for the Second time during 2021-2022.
Use caution when running your air and heat. Plan for $500 a month utility bills to maintain 78 degrees in the town home. The units are old, misplaced, not effective. In addition when you move make sure regardless of what you are told that you get them to acknowledge your Move out Date. If not plan to pay for several days after. I myself was charge thru the 3rd when I moved on the 29th. Seems they will find anyway to gobble up your deposit!
I have been told for over a month I will review a refund and a new amended move out sheet, I have yet to see it.
Just expect to donate all your free time to getting anything you need resolved. The Ball has dropped 4 times for me and 2 months later 0 resolution. Though I’ve been promised it would be resolved. I can only imagine the fees I’d owe them if it took me 2 month to pay them what I owed them! Yes it’s beautiful but Irvine company is a well oiled machine that has completely lost sight of the individuals that are responsible for growing them! The RENTER!
I expected much more from them. During my time there, minus the insane utility cost. I enjoyed my neighborhood and the proximity to stores. But my Lord it been a nightmare when leaving!
