I’ve loved living at Woodcliff! It’s kept clean, there’s security, nice amenities, friendly staff. Take these other “bad” reviews with a grain of salt. Sometimes people have fluke experiences and take it out in the reviews. In the grand scheme of things, living here has been great.

So far I love it! Your leasing agents are all so great, they made the move in experience as delightful as possible. Also everything in the apartment was clean and repainted as I moved in. I love my unit and the community feel of this property. The rec room and the new coffee maker is amazing! I've been using it and so excited for yoga and pool time. So far so good!

The community looks very good and the location is great. Apartments have pretty good storage and space. Nice amenities. The layout is a bit confusing making moving in and out very complicated. But once you are in and settled its a great place. Everyone in the office has been really helpful and polite. Actually super helpful.

When I signed the lease it says you’ll love how we manage your packages!
This is the situation of our packages and they don’t care.
I just had an order from Neimen Marcus stolen.
All they see you as is dollar sign.

My impression of the tour.
It’s really large apartment complex. It’s like a maze. So many fire doors. It’s really old buildings (70’s?). Package delivery area is a mess. Many young colleges kids (sub lease), amenities seems OK.

We scheduled a tour, confirmed by the management of a one-bedroom apartment. Upon arriving for the tour, we were told that the apartment was rented, they had no other available units, and we were not permitted to enter the premises to view the amenities or another unit. They could have at least notified us to cancel the appointment. If they treat prospective renters this poorly, I can’t imagine how they treat tenants who are already locked into contracts. We will be renting elsewhere

This place has top-notch Management. What you do to try to bring the community together by organizing small or even recurring events such as food truck Wednesdays, or Saturday morning Yoga, has been amazing and helpful, especially due to the circumstances we're currently in. It gives us the feeling that we're living in a small, private community and most importantly, that we're not alone.
I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat and have been doing so to friends and family. Your maintenance team does a great job too as this place is really big, but well kept nonetheless.

I recently relocated to Los Angeles from Canada and I was incredibly grateful for all the help from the management team (special shoutout to Portia!) for being so accommodating and helpful. They made the process seamless and were incredibly supportive in easing some of the stresses that come with an international move. I LOVE my unit - it's been well-kept, safe, soundproof and the amenities are an added bonus, especially the business center to be able to change up my scenery working from home. A truly great place to call home.

My move in at Woodcliff was a easy transition for me they made my parking space close to my unit and elevator for easy access if you don't have movers make sure you have a dolly or a roller to assist with your transport

I don’t think an explanation of my experience is necessary, but all of the reviews that state the real issues with this place are legitimate, and they do not stop there. If you are looking at this complex or any of the other places offered by this company, please learn and know your rights as a renter, their rights as a rental company, and brush up on the state’s laws for renters, etc. Trust me. I wish I had done more homework before moving in here. Read all of the fine print and take a really close look at everything before you rent with this complex.

They tell you one price when viewing the building and then charge you a higher price every month. Complaints are not responded to. Sediment leaks on and damages your car. They charge you for services they do not provide. All positive reviews are likely falsified. Do not believe their lies.

Our maintenance guy is delightful! Not only fixing things super fast but also gave us tips on hanging things on drywall ceilings and how to mount things on the wall safely!

Longtime resident. We had mold in a bathroom due to a leak from the floor above. Management needed to fix the problem. They projected the work would take 1 week but took 2 weeks. That was 2 weeks of machinery in the apartment and no access to the bathroom. We were supposed to be reimbursed for the time without a bathroom and the electric bill which doubled from the previous year. I was assured by the maintenance supervisor I would have a rent reduction to compensate for the time without a bathroom. No reduction for next couple months. I visited the office. The associate told me it needed to be approved through the manager. I received an email address to use. I emailed the manager with no response. I contacted the office again. They said they would notify the manager. Again, no response. Eventually, I did get things settled.

Used to be very good. Lately, the management is unresponsive to requests for repairs and they took away all the pool furniture so you have to lie on cement or buy your own chair. Security is lax and there is rarely someone in the management office. I loved it here not so much anymore

I hope I can give 0 star. I rented this place online without coming in person, since I had to move to CA from another State. I won't recommend anyone to move in here.

-1 star - Insects are everywhere in apartment (spiders, fly, mosquito)
-1 star - paper thin walls, you can hear everything that your neighbour is doing and talking. And hopefully your neighbour doesn't play instruments like mine.
-1 star - 0 daylighting and high moisture, most of apartments have no sunlight, and the 6th floor in their community is actually the lobby. 4th and 5th floors are actually basement. 70% moisture daily, you can expect $400+ heat charge every bill.
-1 star - apartment quality, the roof is only 7 feet high and all furnitures are old. Don't trust any of the pictures. Please come to see it in person!
-1 star - package management. The parcel locker is never used correctly, if you go check the locker location, most of the packages are left outside around everywhere. You will spend 20min to find yours every time. And you can expect losing them periodically.

Generally, you can find better quality place with the same amount of rent. I highly recommend you to choose here.
