I don't understand why everyone has given 5 stars to this center! Based on the stars, I called them. The lady who picked up the phone was obvious that is not interested in getting any new client. When I asked her to check my insurance to see how much I should pay each session, she goes the website info does not tell her how much and she gave me an estimate. When I asked her again, she said that I am the one who should be calling them (every other office did it for me) and they don't have anything available for the next 13 days anyway (with an attitude that basically, it's better to go somewhere else!)
I have complicated issues due to life-long scoliosis and I've had to do extensive physical therapy over the years to cope. I highly recommend this team - they are extremely knowledgeable and capable to handle all of my complicated issues. I love that they do manual manipulations as well as extensive recuperative exercises to help me deal with my pain and issues. Joe was my main therapist but everyone I have seen are excellent. A+ service
