Woodlands Apartments reviews
7 Working with their front office was miserable, from the moment I walked in they made the application process painful and killed any motivation I had to rent from them. As I toured the apartment I noticed the washer and dryer are outdated, the shower head was loose and could be spun easily and after bringing up these concerns the manager failed to acknowledge me. They are not friendly towards single new vets without a rental history, either requiring a double deposit or a cosigner that makes 8 times the rent per month.
Woodlands apartments are not worth living in, and it's completely due to the front desk.
EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
Multiple people kept giving me different information.
Last lady I spoke to gave me attitude when I tried expressing my concerns and asked why her staff previously gave me different information for what she was telling me, which she couldn’t answer.
Then changed her tone when we were hanging up.
Ladies here are extremely rude. My boyfriend and I both called and went in twice on separate occasions and received the worse customer service each time. Both Cathy and Randi act as if they’re being bothered by doing their job. Cathy at one point told me she didn’t have time for me when I inquired about an appointment to tour. My boyfriend went back in today to get an application hoping to have better luck, but upon dealing with Cathy we decided not to apply. The ladies are super rude. I would not recommend
Called and the manager was so rude her tone of voice. She needs to get into a new profession that doesn't entail customer service. Definitley forwarding to the cooperate office.awful phone etiquette!
Don’t waste your time applying here, Randy is so rude and poor management. They said they will call us and never did so I applied somewhere else, I called & left a voicemail to woodland saying we withdraw our application than all a sudden they call us back and said oops we forgot to call you & say we got denied. It made no sense cause we made over the amount they were asking for and the paper we received said not enough income? I feel like they were discriminating cause me & my partner are two different racist. Randy even asked if we had section 8 we said no she had the nerve to say ok cause we’re suppose to let them apply here but we don’t approve them smh. They have poor communication I’m glad we choose to move somewhere with respectful management best decision I made.
My fiancé and I have been on the hunt for our first apartment. It has been a fun experience except for this. Randy was helping us out and she was rude, unorganized and had a lot of attitude.
I would remind her about the conversations we had and she snapped at me saying she works with a lot of people and can’t remember everything. Which is understandable but I was being kind and respectful.
If you apply make sure everything is filled out. I missed a box because I had questions and she sent us away made us reschedule.
I didn’t even bother coming back I found a better apartment
